I ordered from Gearbest an Ulefone Paris smartphone, order No W************** on 21 Nov 2015, I have received my order in within 15 working days in Greece. The mobile is exactly as Gearbest's site. After market research about this mobile Gearbest has the lowest price.the Gearbest Customer Support is excellent and very helpful. I recommend Gearbest and i will certainly buy again. Payment is made via ViSA debit card directly.

The website says the items I ordered ship within 3 days. I just got notification that one of my 4 items just shipped after waiting 33 days! Who knows when the rest will ship. Customer service hasn't replied. This was my first try at using Gearbest and it will be the last. There are a number of similar sites out there that have been good so there's no need to put up with this nonsense. Avoid Gearbest - or should I say GearWorst. It seems you get either a great experience with this company or a horrible one with very little in-between.
Update: Eventually they did get back to me and all my items were shipped and received. Apparently they were out of stock and waited over a month to get stock without letting me know of the issue. It seems that their stock and the website are not linked so there is no way to know if you are ordering something in stock or not - a very big problem. The other issue was that they ship from multiple warehouses. Part of my shipment to here in Canada came via China Post/Canada Post and part came via DHL. There were brokerage fees on the DHL shipment that made the whole cost ordering from GearBest way too high. There is no way when you make the order to know which warehouse the order ships from and what shipping method is used. The whole shipping experience (when, delivery time, and how) was completely unpredictable, even when paying for expedited shipping. The company is legitimate but they have serious issues related to inventory and shipping.
Site very reliable, good shipping time and very good products. Customer service is very helpful and quick to respond.
I placed an order 12 Sep 15. It is now 23 Dec and I have not received my order. I have contacted customer service and was told that even though shipping is 10 - 45 days (at time of order the site says 4-10) my delivery deadline doesn't expire until 17 Dec... according to them i am lucky because most companies it is 180 days. WOW gearbest i sure do feel lucky

Contacted them via their asking about it last week, no reply.
Contacted them requesting a cancelation of order and refund 2 days ago, no reply.
Persueing the case through PayPal now.
Do Gearbest even have staff working there, or is it just one guy writing email advertising from home?

Poor service, i ordered a tablet 10 days ago and i have received nothing, this people has the worst customer service ever, i left them an email 2 days ago with no response, there is not phone number to call and file a claim and if you try to contact them through the live chat option then it says that all his representative are too busy, dont buy this company or you will regret

I need to contact them about my package it has been a week and a half after estimated shipping time and i ordered expidited shipping and need it as a gift
I am a Canadian living in Vancouver BC and have dealt with Gearbest for the last year or so. Their products are good, delivery time is acceptable and their communication is prompt, short but sometimes lacking a bit. Although most products comes with limited Chinese instructions but sometimes you can get a review or a video that helps and might explains about your product. Overall a pleasant company to deal with.
The store often sell goods at very attractive prices. The order W************** was made 10.26.2015, 10.30.2015 sent, as evidenced by the photo package. 11/13/2015 goods have been received - a total of 18 days - it's very good for delivery to Russia. Were obtained 2 original LED lamps Xiaomi, everything fits the description.
Worst company I've ever dealt with!

I have ordered a micro usb charging cable from this website (http://www.gearbest.com/cables-adapter/pp_*******.html) although I was very hesitant to order from an abroad company, it was only £0.70 so I thought it wouldn't be a huge loss, and gave it a try. But, even though the delivery took around 20 days, I think that I certainly received what I paid for, and the cable is honestly more durable than some that I have purchased in a UK store in the past.
In the store gearbest.com ordered W**************. The order was shipped after five days and it was delivery in 20 days. The high-quality packaging, came a great product. The action cam i order (Firefly 6s) is very good, it works very well and with the last firmware update it is also better.

I have made few orders on GearBest.The first one was smartphone, when I received the parcel I was happy The original smartphone for less price than others shops had. The delivery was to door. The payment through PayPal also included
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
