Order was at 12/3/2015 the order status was proccsing and now we are 12/24/2015 and the order was not shipped yet so i opened a ticket at paypal week ago and they don't replay. Its just dcam site annd this reviews with 5 stars ' oh i loved the ites fast shipping arrived soon ' are fake to get you to buy from them and take your money so don't buy from them pay little more at other store's better than buying from this $#*!y fake store
I use gear best to shop knives, mens watches and vape gear my experience with them rather nice even tho a little slow their customer service help alot their prices cheap compare to rest and all my products delivered safely and working perfectly.
My headphones started to break in the middle of September. I found gearbest's light-up blue headphones and I fell in love. Bought them on Sept 21. I used flat-rate shipping, which promised it would be delivered anywhere between 10 - 25 business days. A month and some days later, I was concerned they got lost in the mail. With flat-rate shipping, I was not provided a shipping number, so i couldn't check where they were. I sent a ticket telling them my package was missing, and they said I had to wait the set '2 months' before i can report a missing package. I waited. Returned on November 23 after checking with neighbors and the post office. At this point my current headphones are completely broken.
The lady I was talking to would wait 2 days to reply between my messages, despite their policy on replying in under 24 hours. Then when she asked how i would like my refund, i replied, and she didn't answer for over a week. DESPITE me sending multiple messages. While waiting, I decided to read their refunds policy, then I got worried because it said they had a limited time period they could deliver the return, but it didn't specify how long. Finally I opened a new ticket and got a reply 3 days later. My refund came 3 days after that. Not into my bank account, no. Into my 'gearbest wallet' so i would have to wash and repeat this whole thing again.
I order the headphones, this time with normal priority shipping (+$1.80) on the 10th of December, the day I got finally got my so-called refund. The priority shipping promises to deliver between 7-10 business days. Its the 23rd now. I received my first tracking update about an hour ago. It was just shipped today.

Ordered a beautiful bluetooth speaker, unfortunately it broke down and got a new one for free without hassle! I would recommend Gearbest as they are really focusing on their customer service. The quality of the products are checked by the customers themselves (so myself too!)

I ordered almost $400 in merchandise from gearbest.com on 12/5. My order did not arrive for some time. I submitted a ticket 5 days ago with no response. Today, a package came with only three out of 33 items ordered. This means they have not shipped $340 of my order and no telling what the status is. Advice to customers, dispute the credit card charge and file a complaint with the US Attorney General.
Also, any 5 star review on this site for gearbest.com is fake and you can tell by the wording and structure. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from gearbest.com. You will save yourself much disappointment. I find it quite curious that gearbest.com can respond to these poor reviews, but not answer the tickets in their system. Bad!

My order arrived fast from their EU warehouse, nicely packed.
Gearbest has a big inventory, a well designed website and I didn't have any problems when dealing with their customer support.
I ordered on 11/30 and as of 12/23 I still do not have anything which of course are for Christmas. I emailed them a week ago with an inquiry and no response. They charge my credit card right away though. When you look at the tracking notes online you can not understand what they say they are not in English. I will be reporting them and calling my credit card to get a refund.

I purchased a tablet from Gear Best because they advertise a 45 day return policy. The tablet was to come with a Bluetooth keyboard and case. When I received the tablet it had a defective screen and no keyboard/case. I immediately enter a ticket and after 7 days did not received a response. Their policy is to respond in 24 hours. I sent an inquiry on the same ticket but again not response. I entered a second ticket but only was told that it would be handled by the first tick. Gear Best has since closed my first ticked without any attempt to contact me.
"Gearbest is a great site that has a variety of categories to choose from. I ordered from them three times, and the quality of their products are high Q. Their clothing is priced affordable plus they look like what is pictured. I plan on buying more stuff any chance I can get. I also plan on shopping for Christmas gifts on here as well. I'm very upset about this company. I was looking for a particular item for a Christmas gift. Ordered on 12/11/15 Two days later money was taken from my account as expected. But item has only just shipped today 12/23/15! Are your fricken kidding me! I asked for an update from them several times and all you get is a standardized response. Next time I'll pay the $5.00 more that I found on a different site for the product to ensure it actually gets here in a timely manor. I'm very unhappy right now! This company is quick to take your money but not quick to ship. Ordered on 12/12/15 but it wont arrive until the end of the 1st week of January. WTF

I would like to upgrade my review. First of all if you need it soon, choose expitded shipping. Even though I didn't receive my stuff until after Christmas. They were always in contact with me, and also refunded me for the shipping cost. Everything ships from China. That being said, I should have paid attention to that and ordered earlier. I must give support credit on always answering my questions and keeping me up to date with what was going on. I have upgraded their stars, and would just tell everyone that if you don't need it in a hurry then choose standard shipping, otherwise expedited shipping and give it 2-3 weeks for delivery. Their customer support is better than some very highly rated companies.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
