I ordered a product on Dec 10th, paid for the expedited shipping, which cost almost as much as the product. The shipping was supposed to take 3 to 7 business days. The company took the money out of my account on the 11th. The company did not even process my order for shipping until Dec 21st. When i contacted customer service all i got was "we are busy" Horrible company, so now the product that was supposed to have been a Christmas present will be lucky if i get it by mid January. Never order from this company
I ordered about five Articles at Gearbest this Year, all arrived in good Condition and work as expected. The Prices are often the lowest in Comparison with other Shops, my Xtar MC1 Charger for Example I orderd with No.: W************** was at nearly half of the official Price. And what I really like at Gearbest and I have not seen at other Sites: They make a Photo of the Parcel / Envelope before shipping out, so you can see that it is processed and at the Label you can control the Adress and Shipping Number.

But it took them almost two weeks to even ship it out. Don't order from this company you will be very disappointed. I now have to try to find the gift in stores on Christmas eve for my son. And pay to send this one back when I get it.

Was looking at ordering an item, after adding to cart and trying to process order, saw shipping was $130, did not select continue or accept order but charge went through anyway. My PayPal account has been charged, but I cannot find order on my gear best account... have opened several tickets and emailed them several times and cannot get a reply. They advertise free shipping but this is not true obviously! I have filed a dispute with PayPal, hopefully this will stop the order from being processed. I think it is crazy that there is not a telephone number on their site for you to be able to call them, that should be the first clue that they are not legit. And every time I try to do a live chat with them it tells me that they are unavailable.

I ordered a tablet and on arrival was not as described. It was not dual boot (Android/Windows 8), only booting into Android. The tablet was described/ordered as having 64GB ROM, the tablet supplied had only 12.1GB.
I've contacted Gearbest support (with all details) and was given a ticket number T*******910. I have now received no less than FIVE responses, each requesting details, and each time I have repeated my issues.
Gearbest are at best prevaricators, at worst fraudsters. As someone else has suggested, I believe that all positive reviews here are nothing more than FICTION!

I had contacted their support center before my order to make sure the smartphone was in stock and they were very helpful. My order was shipped 4 days after it was submitted and 8 days later it arrived from China to my home in Greece!
I don't know if it was just luck or Bpost but 8 days is my new record when it comes to purchases from China!
