Only been waiting a month for a Quadcopter. I know it says 10 to 45 days... wtf? I get $2 items shipped from china in less than a week. I am so happy I did not depend on them for my christmas gifts. I had an order of 7 items but I had never done business with them before, so I cut it to one. It's shipped allegedly but the tracking number is useless. Spend your money elsewhere! They sent me an email stating to return half of my money and that it might take 70 additional days for it to arrive. What kind of company does business like this? I will never even look at their adverts anymore. I'll repost if it isn't a scam as it sits right now.

Everything I ordered so far was good quality and fairly cheap. I bought at least 30 items, all of them was good, and I'm still using them. It takes usually 3 weeks to get the items (and rarely 7 weeks), but for exchange you can have it for a cheap price.

Ordered a cell phone on 15th Nov 2015, there was no tracking details provided and on gearbest site also status was saying it is at Cincinnati airport on 7th Dec 2015, i sent an e-mail to seller saying that i will claim from paypal if i do not receive it by 15th Dec. On the 10th Dec the shipping status in gear best site changed to delivered. I have not received it so far and when i call the paypal for the claim, they did contact the seller and he has provided a fraud site yuntrack.com which is saying the item is delivered and paypal is closing the dispute without refunding my money. Looks like even paypal is not trust worthy.

Great site I use it to buy electronics devices from quadcopters, flashlites, powerbanks and so on. They have genuine products with low prices nobody can match.
Customer support is fast if you need to ask them something.
Will buy from here again.

I ordered three Xiaomi products and all of them were genuine and brand new. I definitely recommend them.

After 1 experience with this company I would never use them again nor would I recommend that at all. (The only reason I marked 1 star is because the system requires it inorder to do this review). We ordered a remote truck back in mid October, and after finally receiving it, it came with the wrong plug for charging. I have attempted resolution and still, after over 2 months have received NONE! This company should be reported to the better business bureau as it advertises a mission statement & a guarantee that they do not follow. Not to mention, they advertise a chat line and a phone number that are bogus. Neither one work and the response when doing a ticket, claims it will be within 24 hours, but that is not true either. Save yourself a big headache, not to mention your money and buy elsewhere!

I can share some of my pleasant experience with Gearbest.com. I've already ordered several items form this store, including smartphnes, accesoires, headphones and I can honestly say they have very competitve prices, the support team is always eager to provide assistance and overall UI of the site is very good. I can easily access my orders with pictures of the sent items on scales, which is very encouraging, especialy if you live far from China:)
Particularily I like my bluetooth headphones Ausdom M07, which I received not long ago. I had discovered the price for this amazing headset is the lowest among online stores, so I placed an order on Gearbest. I got the tracking number and the picture of my parcel on scales that confirmed the fact of shipment. The delivery time was around 1 month, which is more than reasonable for shipment to Russia. The order arrived well-wrapped and not damaged by post handling, so I was totally satisfied. Now I wear these headphones as much as I can and think this is the most comfortable headset I ever used.
