I want to tell you about your shopping experience at Gearbest store.
In recent years become very popular LED lamps for home lighting. I decided to try. When looking for lamps I was very interested in the prices at Gearbest. Soon after order payment I took the item to the post office. Very pleased with the quality, will continue to buy at this shop.
On Oct 05,2015 20:01:12 PM I ordered Xiaomi Piston Youth from GearBest. W**************. The processing time was two days and on 7th they sent me my headphones. I think this was very fast compared to another stores. The support centre is the best. So I reccomend this store to everyone.
I waited for 3 month and left messages to find out what happened to my package. No one called. $#*!ty service, and they no even batter to explain...
Good afternoon! I bought in the store Gearbest so many times and have always been satisfied! My last purchase was a stylus for your phone (W**************) sent the next day, the premise came to Ukraine in 20 days! I liked the price and the quality! The store is very good, prices are good, and often the action! Before they poison the goods being photographed! I will continue to buy on Gearbest! I recommend Shop Gearbest!
I have been waiting nearly 3 months for a couple of phones and over 4 months for a hard drive docking station. I have contacted them several times, and even though they tell me it was shipped, the tracking number is bogus. UPDATE: I went back and checked my order date for the Hard Drive Docking station and it has only been 3 months, not four.
UPDATE - 8 Jan, 2016 - So after all this time telling me "my order was shipped, and that i should receive it in 7 to 10 days"; GearBest have decided my order was lost in shipping and since i did not take shipping insurance out, they will only be able to give a fraction of the cost of my purchase ($45USD per phone)! Of course, they could have told me this, or should have known this, 2-3 months ago when i started questioning, but didn't.
The other, very interesting, point that needs to pointed out, is when i was initially told my shipment was shipped, i was provided a "tracking number". I contacted Australian Post (which was a suggestion given to me by BestGear) and Australian Post informed me that the tracking number i was provided, was an incomplete tracking number; more characters were needed. It all seems to be a good scam.
So, my conclusion - as this is the second order i have not received - is that GearBest is very keen to take money for a service they will not provide UNLESS you choose a specific shipping method - other then the FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE label they put on the web site.
Bought twice, both time good prices, good quality and reasonably fast shipping. My best China-buying experience...
My experience buying with GearBest was entirely satisfactory.The validation of the payment was quick, processing a bit slow and that caused me a bit of disgust however the package arrived in excellent conditions and for the price they offer, I rate this service with 5 stars.
GearBest should be rename GearWorst. No real tracking, worst customer service. They are a scam. I purchase a tablet that was supposedly ship from US warehouse on Nov. 27 and today is Dec. 28 and I have not receive the item yet. The tracking info is pure garage. There so customer service stop communicating with me. Save your money and a heart ache and shop somewhere else with some accountability. This is my first bad review ever but I had to because these people can't get any worst.

I ordered a Segway for someone for Christmas it was supposed to be here the 22end so in time for Christmas but got a email after Christmas to late to answer saying they needed more info why did they not ask for that when I was putting in the rest of my information

I've waited for my order for a month (W************** Nov 02,2015), but it's normal for free delivery from China to Belarus. If you buy for more than 50$, you receive free tracking numbers and so can follow the shipment. Gearbest also sends shipment photo. They always have pleasant sales and promotions and staff is ready to help.
Made an order W************** 09th Dec 09 and get response (anti-fraud check need additional info). Supply them additional info on 11th Dec. Get response on 14th Dec of
(We will arrange the shipment soon and send the order to the address you requested, and give you the tracking NO. In a couple of days. Please wait for it.)
It is now 27th Dec and my order is still stuck in processing. Still waiting on tracking no.

I submitted several tickets to Gearbest, but it seems they don't understand what I am trying to tell them. I cancelled a recent order (W**************) due to shipping concerns, and requested them to refund the full amount to my PayPal account.
They did. They were able to refund the difference of $55.31 from the original amount of $177.44 I paid using both my PayPal and GB Wallet account. That is understandable.
However, I specifically told them to transfer the remaining amount of $122.13 in my GB Wallet back to my PayPal account, since I won't be able to use that money with Gearbest due to shipping issues. I even told them that they can take back the 610 GB points they gave me for refunding the same amount on my GB Wallet.
GB Wallet account is NO USE to me, I don't want to waste my money on orders that cannot be delivered, like my previous order (Romoss Powerbank - W**************) last October 25. It's been more than 2 months now and I still haven't got my item. I care less about that already, but I need to get my money in that GB Wallet back to my PayPal account.
Their Customer Service keeps on looping back and forth on what they say, it's all canned responses and doesn't even respond right to the questions asked.
All I'm asking right now is for them to transfer the amount of $122.13 in my GB Wallet back to my PayPal account, which I paid in full on another cancelled order (W**************).

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
