Ordered item on 16th dec, did not receive any up date despite multiple requests for an update. On the 24th dec was sent an update to say item was out of stock!
On 25th dec was told item is in stock and is ready to be sent, today is 30th Dec and item has till not been sent and no update since the 25th! Utterly terrible customer service - will never use again!
I have made 3 orders. I like the page, I like the products but I have had back luck in most of them. The newest order, they send me half of the order because of lack of inventory, I understand you they dont have the product but Ill apreciate them to tell us before buying it and I will continue shopping sometime else in their e. Shop. That causes me problem because i will have to pay taxes twice in my country. They have offer me different solving options, they have answer me not the fast I wanted but at the end they answer and give me options.
I like the prices, the products, but I will apreciate a lot to improve the User experiences and customer service.
I have placed a few orders before with Gearbest and every time i needed support, this comes quick, they must have a large team of Customer Care representatives as i have always gotten a quick and positive response from Gearbest. So for i have nothing but good things to say about doing business with this company, and by the way the quality of the products i gotten before exceeds my expectations, very happy with the whole buying experience, Gearbest beats their competition in a blast with great prices.

I order an DM USB to Micro USB Male OTG Adapter this is very usefull when you need to connect an usb pen to your cell phone. The product was sent fast and it arrived in good conditions it was very good packet and protected and also it as cheap wich is important.

I've already ordered some Products here and i never got disappointed.
The shipping costs (Expired Shipping) are fair and the delivery time is realy nice. (About 1 Week)
I've already had contact to the Support, they realy try to give useful answers and reply realy fast.
+ Nice communication with the Seller

+ PayPal payment
+ large variety
+ points system
The only negative point is that not all of the articles are aviable in the EU-Warehouse.
I would order again and again at Gearbest.

They have sent me a broken junk, and refuse to give me a refund for it. We're talking about a mere of $40... I just want to stop someone from being robbed by gearbest.com like I was.
I wish I checked their reviews before I ordered anything from them. Live and learn... There are so many unhappy customers, being lied to and robbed like me. It looks like all the positive feedback they have, come from people they hired to give them those reviews, but even with that these scammers are at 60% of customer satisfaction... Well hopefully someone will read mine, and don't risk ordering gearbest. I have also filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but there are so many complaints there about this company as well... So just be ware, don't think you're saving money with these thieves and liars.

No word from these people no nothing just complete silence. My order is still processing since 8 days LOL! I was suppose to be here in 7 days as I paid for that but no answer no shipping information no nothing! Horrible! I say horrible! Do not buy from these people your money is just gone move on because your lucky to see any part of your order. I heard from others on their facebook page that if you keep complaining to them on their website thru the complaint they will block you from talking to them and the block you from the site and never ship your product! What the federal government here should block this site! It's fraudulent! You would not believe the horror stories just go on their facebook page.

Yet another great experience with shopping on Gearbest. I ordered Xiaomi ******* mAh Power Bank. Product is original. Shipping time was 17 days, that's in my opinion very fast as I live in the Czech Republic. Also, I got better price as it was not my first order and that counts.
Ordered on 12/04/15 jumped through all thier hoops and as of 12/28/15 still no shippment or update on when they may feel like shipping products out. If we keep thier monies for a month its additional fees and lawers. They don't even know how to use a phone to communicate any problems they maybe having. That alone would have gotten the crapbest squad a 3 stars. Dont bother.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
