I bought my husband a drone for Christmas. It took over 3 weeks to receive it and when we did it would not fly. It immediately flips over and is useless. The return policy is for 45 days... yet now they have tweaked their policy to say that electronic like this have to be "dead out of the box" to get a refund. They have offered $8 store credit for an $80 drone! Their customer service nonexistent except for automated responses. I have sent videos and pictures to no avail. I have sent no less than 10 requests/complaints. I have no idea where to return this item to. DO NOT BUY FROM GEARBEST. They are a rip off... but I am not finished yet.

Bought from Gearbest EU warehouse a Lenovo K3 Note. Final price, including tracking number and insurance was around 156 euro. Phone is great, works like a charm, just chinese Android had some bugs and undesired bloatware apps (this in not gearbest fault, they did not mess with the OS). Tracking number was accurate though 17track site is not the best tracker for a european package tracking. The phone was delivered in good shape, no issues with local custom office (being sold from european warehouse, which is right).
Overall, good shopping experience, I have bought another phone one month later, which arrived faster than the previous. Definitely recommend gearbest.com for online shopping.

Stay away. They post offers just to collect money and gain from this or run their shop. You wont receive anything aspecially if it is on offer. Check with other online shops before buy.If they have big discount dont expect to have anything. They want the money to pay other or refund them and also buy stock. They dont have any capital to tun. They run by fooling customers and trying to fool paypal by fake shipment or partial part cheaper to fool paypal that they have shipped your products. Stay away you have been warned.

Best price and quality

If anyone want to buy something via GearBest.com it is very easy. Payment and safety like on AliExpress.com. But GearBeast has better prices. When I bought my first order (Xiaomi powerbank), GearBest sent me photo with my order and iformed me that they shipped out my order. My powerbank is really good, and it was the best price. This product is an original, I have got full set: Powerbank, manual, USB cable and certificate! It was really nice :)! Now I'm waiting for my second order, my first smartphone from China. I hope that it will be really good and will come to me soon

They have become better

Bought an Item in preorder. When the time came (after a month) they charged my PayPal and after a week they told me you should wait one more month. Why you charge me if you know you don't have the item (and never will since the manufacturer stopped production due to safety issue with the product - batteries).

Never mine, I am a flexible guy. I chose other product, we don't have, OK how about that one? We don't have in Stock... They post Ll these items as in Stock which means they want you to pay and than they will tell you that they don't have and chose something else.

Finally I found something in Stock (that proses of back and forth Q&A took 2 weeks!). How long it took them to send it? One week and after a week, the tracking number is still not active. Oh, they should have gave me a small refund, guess what? Never received it.

UPDATE: First one was bad experience, but after that I ordered few more items and they were great - fast, responsive and great items.

Gearbest is at an infant stage in Asia trying to sell internationally without the professionalism and personal touch most US buyers have come to expect. I ordered two separate orders and I have yet to receive either of them. I bought a Xio Mi fitness tracker that apparently many people have had break writhin 30 days and still don't have it after 32 days. When I looked for it they can't track surface shipments and the customer service is a computer reply. It's like talking to an emotionless computer. The choices if you have a problem are not even all tha t are needed. Customer service is more focused on pre- sale than after sale. Beware. You've had fair warning. I ordered a tablet and accessories on Dec 1st, and you supposedly sent it, but I can't find this tracking number UF*******6387 in any place.
Tracking messages don't appear on the website you recommend to track my order and in any other.
Is real this tracking number?

If you plan on shopping with them you better read this...
Placed an order Dec 8th and still waiting for it to be shipped.
There is no way to contact them (EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS 24/7 SUPPORT) Not true at all.
There live chat takes you to a 404 page
You can't submit a question.
Don't buy from them... Unless you have money to burn.

Didn't work from outset attempted to contact company (Gearbest) via site sent various queries and sent pics- No reply at all to any so far...##update I have now received a reply advising that I can have a replacement or refund. I will update again when I have received word of the dispatch of my replacement. Thanks

My favorite online store.

I've placed several orders with Gearbest.com. I have around 150 items saved as favorites. If I made more money, I would have bought them all. It's very easy to find items, and buy them too. Every single item has arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect working order. Update 4/20/16 I now have over 300 favorites saved. About 5 more purchases and many more to come. Got an Eken H9 (GoPro style camera) and I love it! Just as described and works awesome! Saved hundreds by getting this and not the name brand.

I have extensive experience with orders of this store. Recently I place an order on this site, the phone, battery and some headphones, and realised again that the store is very good, as the prices are low, the range is wide, although sometimes some of the product is no longer available. Good delivery speed, especially items with tracking. Also pleased with the responsive service of work with clients. I recommend this shop to my friends and acquaintances, and yet there is not the slightest reason to doubt his honesty and integrity.

I recently purchased a pair of headphones (xiaomi piston 3) from the store.

Gearbest the best

The first order for Gearbest made on the recommendation of friends. I was interested in original products Xiaomi. The first order was Xiaomi pover bank (WW**************). He was quickly sent, and quickly I got it.
The next order was Xiaomi redmi note 2 (W**************). This is a very popular model and sending had to wait 10 days. Sent by Ruston. A week traveled in China. Two weeks was waiting in Hong Kong airport. And 3 days flew to Kiev.
I am very grateful for the good Gearbest firmware without Chinese applications.

This smartphone is fully satisfied all requests.
