Great store with a lots of products at low price. Most current sales with good discounts. In this store, I made about 10 purchases. All the goods have been delivered without damage and quickly. Last buying Klarus C2 Battery Charger (Order No.: W**************) was paid through PayPal and delivered by the Netherlands Post surface mail three weeks in Russia. Goods came in the original packaging without any damage. I am satisfied and therefore continue to plan to make purchases in this shop. I recommend this store.

Prices are cheap and offer good value for money with good shipping options, including free shipping as well as the express shipping services, so you have a choice. In particular I enjoy when they have their 'flash sales' and certain products are at very low prices for limited periods! Customer service has much been improved in recent times and any questions regarding products or orders placed are answered promptly within 24 hours, the live chat function for customer service is also a bonus. Overall, very pleased with Gearbest and will continue to buy from them, so worth recommending A++++

Hello. I have placed 4 orders on gearbest and already received one of them (WW**************) and the oher 3 are on their way. The cost of the products is excellent and there is free shipping. I came across this website while browsing for a new cell phone. As an American I had the the notion in my head that all non brand name products from China are of poor quality and despite how shockingly inexpensive they are, not worth the money. While that may be true of other sites but not GEARBEST. I am constantly amazed by the quality products sold by them, and was unaware of all the top-notch Chinese brands that we Americans are unaware of, and I am constantly referring all of my friends to their site. If you are looking for electronics and components of all types please check them out, you will not be disappointed.
I am very satisfied customer at Gearbest. I first ordered from them back in October 2015 and have since ordered 8 different items, from vaping gear to a mobile phone. Each time the package has arrived with 2 weeks shipping time only to Germany, and that is via unregistered surface mail and no shipping costs for me! I am very surprised by that since at Fasttech even registered air mail has taken 3 to 5 weeks to arrive from China!
The customer service has always been helpful and friendly, never did I have any negative communcation with them and the english they write is pretty good - at least good enough for a German:)
The prices are absolutely on the low side, which is great and they take Paypal, so you are also protected by the PayPal buyer protection! They are cheaper than most shops in China, yet the quality of service and especially delivery times are MUCH better each time and they also do have discount coupons (see Google) on top.
I really couldn´t ask for me, they are my new favorite China shop!

I had to order a silicone case for my new Redmi Note 3, and I'm very glad I chose this seller!
Despite the fact that I ordered such a trifle as smartphone case, GearBest process and ship my order very fast. Also, store workers photographed my parcel for free, so now I know how my package will look at my post office. In addition, the store gave the track number. I can to click in my account "View Tracking Message" and find out where is my package - it's a great feature.
In conclusion, I would like to note that the shop carries out regular discounts and promotions, so it is always possible to make a bargain.

This is a very bad company to buy from. Your packages wont arrive i paid for extra shipping to get it in a week, here we are 3 weeks later it still says its on its way never shioped out. The company that they said has it doesn't have a valid phone number either if you buy anything close your card down and report it as fraud.

This website is a very good for man people who like rc's. This website has very good customer service and has the lowest prices. They have year around sales to help you out. To me, i found this website to be one of the best for what it sales.
When I was looking for a replacement control board for my dead quadcopter, almost nobody carried it, or if they did, it was outrageously priced. Then I found GearBest. Of course, never having heard of them, I did a bit of research and found some negative reviews on them and was initially taken aback. So I did what any reasonable person would do: Order from GearBest and their competitor at the same time. My GearBest Order was WW************** and my nickname there is Rendus. Not only was GearBest less than half the price of the competitor, I got in in 10 fewer days than the competitor! I'm convinced that people who order from GearBest have never ordered directly from a Chinese supplier before and have not read the terms and conditions on their site. Yes, it takes up to 5 business days to process a payment, there's a lot of stolen credit cards out there and at their low prices, they aren't going to sell stuff for free, especially at their small margins. And to keep prices low, they use the cheapest shipping. It took 29 days from when I ordered until when I got the control board, but the other supplier took 39 days, so you just have to understand shipping from halfway around the world. I'm definitely a happy customer just passing along some knowledge.
I ordered Xiaomi products from Gearbest twice and i can truly recommend this shop. Products are original and works great. They dispatch package really quickly and good prepared for the trip. I love them!
I ordered an item at the end of November. This order status was still listed as processing ten days later. I inquired why, they informed me it was on back order and would take a few more days until it would be shipped. At this moment, I replied that it was fine and they could cancel and refund the order.
They shipped it.
I lost contact with them after explaining multiple times I did not want this item, and only did they try to contact me back after I opened a dispute with Paypal. It is now Dec. 31st, and I still probably won't be able to receive the item until this upcoming Monday to refuse it.

I ordered a drone from this company on cyber monday and I remember seeing it would get here by Christmas. Today December 31st it still has not been recieved. Everytime I contact them the "acceptable shipping time" that I apparently agreed to lengthens- now it is up to 45 days which would get the item here by the end of January. I think they should hae been VERY CLEAR about when orders would get here and I think that when it did not get here by Christmas I should have been issued a refund. Also, they state package tracking is available but it is not up to date, getting stuck up to 10 days on the same place,

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
