I have a long time of buying on a Internet shops. And gearbest one of my favorite stores. Irstly because of good stock, and of course different prices.
Secondly, I'm not afraid to get fake or poor quality goods, as gaerbest sells only original products. And that is why I am confident that this product will come to me.

In my opinion Gearbest is one of the best places to buy products from china... There are a lot of discounts every day, customer service in my opinion is very fast and professional, at least for me comparing to other chinese shops products arrive very fast up to a month when from shops like Aliexpress it can take longer thant 2 months... The last thing I bought from them was Easycast Hdmi dongle the quality is very good and the price was very low too, it arrived in about 3-4 weeks and it does what it has to do.

Purchase 2 Hoover boards on the 9th November 2015, it stated in stock allow up to 28 days plenty of time for them to arrive for Christmas. Contacted Gearbest via email around the 4th of December as I hadn't had an email to say they've been dispatched yet. Email from Gearbest said be patient and I would get them in time for Christmas. I emailed again around the 14th saying if they could not guarantee then for Christmas then I do not want them. I again got email to be patient and they had been dispatched and I couldn't cancel. Hoover boards still haven't arrived 3rd January 2016 had to buy to more so my kids wasn't disappointed on Christmas. When theses boards to eventually arrive I have to pay the cost to return them to China with out getting my postage costs back. Then I will see how long it takes to get my refund lol. Avoid these companies your better of paying a little bit more and not being left disappointed by there false advertising.
This company is very dishonest. I ordered a bluedio m3 headphone from them on 11/30/2015 (order #ww**************)I received a shipment 4 weeks later, which contain an m2 headphone which is old generation. The sound quality of the headphone is so poor (no bass at all) that it is probably a copy item not an authentic one. I contacted the company 3 times. The company refuse to send me a correct item and only offer to give me their GB points worth less than half of what i paid to buy their stuff. My purchase is not a big price item, not a big loss to me but this compony need to be exposed. You are at risk to buy from this company. It will take 4 weeks to receive your order. You may get an old or copy item. You will not get your money back
After a long debate with the customer service of gear best to refund me they did it. Then I placed my next order but guess what! Same bad customer service. It has been 8 days now and I don't now where is my package. They sent me a tracking # on Feb. 2nd but this tracking # is not working at all. So I contacted customer service 5 days ago without any respond.
I advice you to not buy anything from Gearbest.

I found GearBest while I watched a review on YouTube. First time, I visited and ordered a toy for my little princess. I ordered in 30 November 2015 and received on 02 January 2016 (freeship), the toy isn't different with images and describe on GearBest. And they parked it carefully, GearBest is one of the best online business sites IMO.

Ordered on Dec. 15th. Three weeks later no shipment. 3 to 10 business days is what was supposed to be the shipping time. I sent an email to track item. No tracking number. Order was shipped on the 22nd so they claim. The time span was up before they shipped it. I have since read a lot of negative reviews. Bottom line is avoid this business.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
