I have been dealing with companies in China/HK for over 15 years, this is the worst experience I've ever had and this company gives all good Chinese companies a very bad name!
Ordered two items on 2nd Dec (Smartwatch and Tablet), shipping time was advised as 5-7 days. I had to chase on 12th Dec as I received no shipping notification. It took them two days to respond and advise a tracking number.
On 22nd Dec I received my order as I'd paid extra TNT & insurance BUT they only sent one item. At no point did they advise the second item (which was a present for someone!) was not sent - so they completely deceived me!
I chased on 22nd Dec as to where the other item was. They responded on the 26th Dec (this was so late that I opened a paypal dispute in the meanwhile!), they advised that the second item (Teclast Tablet) was on back order and I need to wait a further 5-7 days or get a refund or credit into my account with a few points.
I asked for a credit but in order to get this they insisted I close the paypal dispute first! I refused this and asked for a refund instead, they still insisted that I close the paypal dispute before they would issue a refund as this was their company policy!
Naturally I was not going to close the paypal dispute and lose my chance of getting my money back so I escalated it and eventually got my money back via paypal! I'm still out of pocket because I paid extra for TNT express shipping and insurance but that was supposed to be for both items not just one!
Will I ever deal with this company again? NOT A CHANCE!
Ordered on 17th December and paid for expedited delivery from the EU warehouse. It is now 2 1/2 weeks later but still has not arrived and now I have been hit with a 20% import tax bill as it has been shipped from China. Apparently it is in the small print that this may happen and you are liable. Guess that is why it looks cheap on their website.
Would not use them again.

I dont recomend them. I made an order Nov. 8 and paid for fast shipping but it has not arrived. When you contact customer service and ask for refund then "boom" they say that "has been shipped". They send me a tracking code but it has been with "Shipment information received" since Dec. 24. Customer service does not help.
Also i have been waiting for over 60 days (47 working days) so i have been patient.
And dont expect anything for compisation for your patience.

Gearbest is a very reputable online retailer.The prices are outstanding, I placed and order on 10/17/15 wp**************. I received it in a timely manner, excellent customer service all my questions were answered. I have since placed three more order with electronics, clothes I know I get more for my money.

I've ordered now several times on GearBest and only have a good experience. They have warehouses in China, Europe, USA, and Russia. So whichever is closer to you, you can get your item even faster.
I always choose shipping from China, and i live in Germany, still the items always arrived within two weeks. Thats very fast for a parcel from China.
They have low prices and a large range of items.
If you have questions the support answers very quick.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
