I bought a tablet from GB. After 41 days the tablet will no longer turn on. I opened a ticket at 43 days and they are telling me that I'm not eligible for a refund. My options are ship it back to them (which I pay shipping) and they will fix it (I have my doubts). I can keep the useless tablet and they will give me a $35 credit at GB or I can have it fixed on my own dime. I find all options completely unacceptable. This is a defective item and should be fixed or replaced at no charge to me! Customer service is a joke and all I get is the run around. Do not order from GB! Save yourself a huge hassle and head ache and buy somewhere else.

I was really happy when I found my new camera XiaoMi Yi for a good price on GearBest. My order WB************** were shipped pretty fast, about 2-3 weeks. Already placed new order. Highly recommend this site.
Ordered a hoverboard in November as a XMas present for my son, then got a reply from company stating they needed scan of my credit card and ID to complete the transaction. Being very leery of identity theft and having never been asked to do so for an online transaction, I did not. Thinking there was no transaction, I purchased elsewhere. Two week later they charged my credit card anyway. As of January 6 (7 week later!) I still do not have the shipment and emails to seller to grant a refund have been fruitless. Wondering if I will ever get my money or shipment. This site is a complete scam.
"I already made three orders on gearbest and got my second one just today (W**************). Delivery was relatively fast, considering it's a holiday time. Package was very neat and tidy both times, no cons on that. Really I can't find anything bad so far, the orders, the support, delivery, packaging is spot on, and I must say, I'll be ordering from them for a long time. Gearbest is very trustworthy.

Order (W**************) included backpack, front and back bike lights, face mask and cellphone bike holder. All the items were in original packaging, neatly bundled together and wrapted around with backpack, which was in it's own protective bag. Items could only be damaged intentionally, so a very safe packaging. Big thumbs up for that. Even the outside packaging was undamaged after traveling form China to Lithuania and that is quite a trip."
They say 45 Day Money Back Warranty but that is a big lie. I gave 4 different orders and 45 days passed. So I open a ticket and I told them. And they told me that 2 months had to be passed before I could get the money back, so I could get the money for the order I gave on 12/04 on 12/06.
Well my experience with gearbest is one of the best i had. Their products are amazing and they have great service.

GearBest provides many fantastic products and at very low prices. If you are looking for the best bargain online, GearBest should be one of the first places you should look. I did run into a shipping error on my first order. But GearBest contacted me the very day after I sent the complaint and fixed it that day! Not many sites have this kind of costumer service. Would recommend GearBest to a friend, and I have!
Finally received my Smart Wristband all information was in Chinese. Nothing in English. This company only gets worse.

I ordered 2 items... Never got a confirmation email for the first am i to assume that its going to show up one day with no way to track my order? I luckily took a screen shot of the page with the order number and "thanks for your order" b. S. but what do i do with that? I came with a charge of 45% (it is possible to trace percent in the application of phone) and I held 2-3 more weeks. It was loaded in a night. 43 days are already used and batteries there were 21%. I bathe with it everywhere, everything is OK. Considers steps clumsily, but I took it more for an alarm clock than for steps. Notifies on the entering - too a convenient thing when threw phone where that. You won't miss a call generally :) the weak phone application (connects with the 5th apple perfectly), and what there can be for one thousand rubles? Generally price quality very much even! I advise!

Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
