I have made more than 650 usd worth shopping from gearbest, some of them were OK but the most expensive ones I had some problems and they did not help me even it is almost 1 month passed.
Their support center always making copy-paste answer, I am not sure if they are reading our problems and they are not trying to solve the problem.
They have asked me to make videos of the problem, I have made but nothing is improving.
There are very nice items with the cheaper prices in gearbest but I am not going to buy expensive items from them becuase if i will face any problem i am sure that they will not help.
I have decided to shop from other sites than gearbest because I am getting all refunds or item replacement if there is a problem.

Hello. I came to another posting gerbest. This time I ordered Xiaomi *******mAh power supply. I bought it at a very low (11.29 USD.), For such a product, price. Shop, as always, at height. The item came in safely and in time. Goods original, is being tested at the official sayteXiaomi. I recommend gerbest. Buy in Gerbest not regret it.
I purchased a 3D printer back in December. It was my birthday / Christmas present from my wife. It arrived DOA. The power supply was damaged and needed to be replaced. Several weeks later I did get a power supply. That was not the end of my problem. In the meantime, I borrowed a power supply from a friend. When I hooked it up the X- axis motor made a lot of noise, thru trouble shooting, it was discovered that the modification that the factory did to the main board damaged it. I know that isn't Gearbest's fault. What is their fault, is that I opened a ticket with them and explained the problem and they replied that they were shipping out a new main board, and closed the ticket. That was a month ago. I contacted them the other day to find out where my part was. Come to find out, it was never shipped! The delay in contacting them was due to family emergencies. So now I am stuck with a non-functioning printer and I can't get a refund for it even tho it wasn't working when I got it. I have opened a dispute claim with my credit card company. I am hoping for a resolution soon. I would like to get another 3D printer. But definitely NOT from Gearbest!

I ordered a hover board for my grandchildren for Christmas on November 24. It is now January 6th and it still isn't hear. They don't have a phone, you only get generic response. They have completely ruined Christmas and the tracking info says it hasn't even shipped. Do not waste your money

I ordered a self balancing scooter as a Christmas present the 29 of November and here it is January 6th and its still stuck in customs. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to purchase the same item and because its been shipped out they won't refund my money. I will never order from here again and I will definitely pass the word for no one else to order here either.
