On November 26th, 2015, I purchased a 2 wheel self balancing scooter. Of course the money was taken out immediately, I began to look at where the pkg was and it said China for almost a month. After Christmas and no pkg, they sent out another pkg with no information on its location either. I have opened many tickets with gearbest asking for my money back and they said the pkg was sent and closed the ticket. I just want my money back, very simple! No item in a very long time frame, package not tracked (paid extra for tracking), poor customer service. As the customer if you ask for a refund on an item you have not received from November 26.2015-January 8,2016, you should receive a full refund no problem. I am totally disappointed with this situation and only want my money back.
This is almost August 2016, Gearbest has still never refunded my money or responded to my tickets. I contacted Paypal, they did an investigation and refunded my money. $300 is alot to my family, Thank you PAYPAL!

I found gearbest.com as a coincidence when i was looking for good deals (for magic cubes and a race bicycle taillight).
After some research in their huge onlinestore, i found what i wanted. A slick looking thin bike taillight and a complex magic/puzzle cube.
The prices were so good, that i had to doublecheck if I had made a mistake during my buying process.
When the goods arrived (after the free shipping, it took less time than they advertise) i was intrested in the quality of the products.
I was shocked how GOOD the quality was! The cube was top noch and the taillight was exactly as described.
I use them practically on a daily basis and still enjoy them!

I came to Gearbest, since I couldn't affourd the things, I wanted to buy here, they had it about 50% cheaper. So I ordered a E-Cigarette Tube Mod, a Subtank and some additional stuff. (Order No.: WW**************)
It took about 4 weeks, til everything arrived well packaged. Nothing was broken, all items were originals, which I was sceptical about at first.
The Power Tube by Heatvape which I ordered failed to work after 1 week. The customer service was friendly and quick, so I could send the item back (on my costs) and was offered GB wallet credit or 10% on my next order. Since I wouldn't want any of those possibilities, I've asked to get a refund on my PayPayl account, which is currently processing.
If you don't mind a few weeks of waiting, I can really reccomend this site, especially for vaping hardware, batteries or wire and vape accessoires. I will definately buy there again.

GearBest is a Chinese company that does not abide by US business ethics. Fulfillment is a joke. Customer Service is moot. 11 items ordered, 2 actually delivered. 2 of the 9 remaining items were supposed to be in the first shipment, but were not in the box (tracking form says 1 box only). GearBest can't account for them. The other 7 items are totally unaccounted for - possibly back-ordered, possibly shipped, possibly in customs - but they have not been delivered to me. My inquiries get generic responses in poor English. You can only get a live 'Chat' session if you are placing an order, before they have your money. GearBest supports only eMail communication after you have placed the order - with responses overnight, from China. GearBest has $100 of my dollars that are unaccounted for. This company has no integrity - do not buy from them unless you like to be treated badly.

I ordered a smartphone and its cover case on the GearBest website the November 5,2015. We are the January 7,2016 and I 'm still waiting since 2 months. In addition to the purchase order, I paid a delivery cost to receive my order within 10 days.
Finally, I received a TV box (decoder) instead my smarpthone. GearBest recognized a mistake but explains to me I must to pay the return, it that takes the biscuit.
I already paid customs duty at receipt of this item. They propose I send this item (goods) and refund my GearBest Wallet to an exchange. However I don't want to take a risk the item doesn't arrive at destination, without taking into account addition delivery time. Furthermore the dispatch will cost me more than the price of the item. Moreover, if GearBest send me again my correct order after thez received the item, I should pay again customs duty at receipt. To conclude I paid their mistake. I am upset today.
I strongly advise against this website, without take into account the fact there is customs duty at receipt.
It would have cost cheaper, less time and less hassle to buy my smartphone in my country.

My son got one for Christmas and he took it out and we plugged it in to charge and the charge light was on for 5 minutes. So we tried it and guess what, it would not work at all. He was really disappointed and so was I.
Then I had to jump through hoops and send pictures and video of their faulty items. Just for them to tell me that they could give me 10% of the purchase price as store credit and give me some extra points. Who would want that, when I will never buy from them ever again.

Please do not buy from Gearbest, I believe it is a scam! I bought a hoverboard on the 2nd December, they took my money immediately. It is now the 7th Jan and still no hoverboard! I have chased them repeatedly, their responses are extremely unhelpful, they won't phone me and I cannot phone them as there is no phone number or address. I have requested a refund which they won't give me and now they are completely ignoring me! £170 just lost! If anyone knows how I can go about recovering my money please let me know.

1. Aprox 5-6 days delivery time (Expedited DHL), from the time I made the payment (witch is very good).

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
