G'day, I made 3 orders (W**************, WW**************, WW**************) all 3 just unbelievable good quality (ORIGINAL Xiaomi stuff)! Very high quality tech support (quick to answer questions and can solve your questions online). Well, I would like to say that the range of the store is unreal huge and everyone can choose a product at will\ need and it will be much cheaper than any other store because of points, coupons and regular discounts! Presence payment with PayPal makes a purchase secure.

I ordered about $600 worth of Drone parts. After 6 weeks of waiting Gearbest sent me a message that Swiss direct could not get the package through customs (radio controlled drone from China to the U.S.A.) but no details as to why. So Swiss direct sent it back to Gearbest. They offered to send it to me regular post (I paid for express) with no mention of the difference in shipping price. I said forget it, Im not waiting another month. So they refunded me the price of the drone. But NOT the $100 for express shipping. They said their policy was not to refund shipping costs. So, I'm out $100 for a drone I never got. Awesome. There are tons of these places. Find one that doesnt suck. Avoid Gearbest.
Update: Gearbest did finally refund my items and the shipping.

I buy from them constantly now, and always watch their site for great deals! I've only had one issue with shipping and that was due to the holiday season and demand for the product.

I bay some product from gearbest.com and relay is a super website with a very cool support staff you can refund your money to your GB Wallet and get a super gift also you can track your shipment and contact the support if you have any problem.
I ordered five items for Christmas. I received three. The orders were broken into 3 different shipments and one of the shipments never arrived. Gearbest customer service played back and forth game in communication before finally simply saying, "it's not our fault" and refusing to reship or refund the items I did not receive. Apparently... it's my fault the items never showed up. I order from a lot of online companies. My experience with missing deliveries has been rare, but this is my first experience with a company that refuses to address missing items in any manner. Thankfully, the money I'm out is not significant. I will not use this business again.

I've ordered few items so far from Gearbest. Xiaomi Hybrid Dual Driver (W**************) arrived home safe and sound while the other item is on the way! No problem at all with my order and perfect tracking system. The item purchased works perfectly and I'm really satisfied of it. The feedback on site is very useful and also I found very good their customer service post-sale. I can only write positive reviews about Gearbest. No item refunded/wrong, so it's good. I ordered two hoodies for Christmas, $15. Each. I then recieved a email from DJL that o would have to pay over $40. In boarder fees and taxes. I refused the order and now Gearbest says they will still charge the fees and keep the hoodies. Folks they hate us and ate taking advantage of email clients. Customer service can't even communicate in English. Don't do it, go some where else. On another blog they have been caught scamming blogs with Great Service messages. Buyer beware.

These stupid idiots won't send me my product at all and they sent me an email stating they needed more information including my utility bills and a picture of a credit card i used via paypal. They got paid and now they won't even ship my product. I am filing a complaint with my local authorities as this has become an obvious SCAM!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
