I ordered a few times, order from 1 to 20 US Dollars.
The ordering process is well thought, with a lot of options regarding delivery. I liked this very much.
There are some issues that they need to solve:
- the dispatching takes longer than what I experienced elsewhere (ebay, bg), but they do mention that on the site (Ships within 3-5 business days). This is an area that needs to be optimized even further.
- the actual packaging of the product. I ordered an aluminum chassis for an RC car, and it was packed in an envelope (the type with small bubbles on the inside). The item arrived slightly bent, but not a big deal.
When they dispatch the item in the mail, they send you a picture of the package - very nice unique feature:)
Overall the experience was great with this site, the prices are good (cheapest FS Racing RC parts)! Recommended!
It was due to meet with gearbest Xiaomi PowerBank. I decided to take me abroad are sold to three times the price in my own country I also get on well. Both came quickly. Both the original. And customer service above all! They listen and they solve the problem for you. I am quite satisfied with the gearbest. And I would recommend it to anyone.

At first I was concerned after placing my order for an SJ7000 Action Camera, as I read some bad reviews about this company. However, after receiving my product, I am extremely satisfied. It came in perfect condition, and just about on time. It was slightly late, but that is to be expected because it is coming all the way from China. The customer service messaged me after my order was delivered asking if there was anything wrong with my order, and if so, what they could do to fix it, and I responded saying everything was great. They responded back very quickly (within a day) thanking me for ordering. Overall, I am very happy with this company, and I just ordered from them again (it has already been shipped). Highly recommend!
Ordered hoverboard 11-30-15, still not received. Gearbest gave me a bad tracking #, we are now into january 2016, so much for a christmas gift, very disappointed grandchild. Gearbest customer service is a complete joke, they say order on way, check 5-15 business days, standard, generic answer.

Two days later they send An email you must respond to in order to confirm your order - whatawaste of time - it is now January 8th - overamonth later - order was never sent - been begging forarefund foraweek or so - they offer no contact number on their web site - online chat is only available for people who have not had their money stolen by this fraud comment yet - pre-order live chat only! All of my 19 orders came fast and i get what am i bought. Everything was very nice packed no damages. I live in Romania. And 13 calendaristic days to get my order i think it's really great. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
