Purchased an electric hover board on November 13,2015 from this company. Have yet to receive it. Have submitted tickets many times only to be told, "it has been shipped, be patient". Supposedly, it was shipped Dec 17th with delivery in 8-15 business days. They gave me a tracking number which you cannot use because it's coming from China.
I am tired of waiting. Thankfully, I used PayPal. They are now investigating my case.
I ordered 3 replacement tanks for my billow v2, complained about the shipping taking too long twice before the were sent (which didnt happen until 3 months after i put in the order, and i was given 10-45 day shipping), and after waiting 4 months for my order to arrive, i only have 2 of the 3 tanks i paid for. Never again will i deal with this business.
UPDATE: They have contacted me and completed my order, I am still waiting for the package to arrive but I trust that this time i will receive it. Gearbest has redeemed themselves in my eyes as a reputable site that won't try to take your money

I Ordered 20 lamps led at the cost of 47 euros i sent 48 with western union and after 2 weeks they rise the cost of the lamps and ask me for 2 euros to complete the order after i have sent the money i am very dissapointed they don 't answer to my tickets they are terrible i won't trust them again guys and so you must they are not just bad they are not doing the main thing that a company does. I purchased eight (8) light bulbs from them, four (4) were DOA. The order took four (4) weeks to arrive. The quality of the bulbs, they are cheaply made. They are E27,110 VAC dimmable LED bulbs. Three (3) separate correspondence with them, they ask for pictures or videos and to restate the problem. Ridiculous, these are screw in light bulbs that are DOA. They clearly try to frustrate you so you won't respond. I should have done a bit more homework on this company before I placed an order with them. I will now have to open a ticket with Paypal, another big pain, to see If I can get a refund. Be warned, do business at your own risk.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
