I bought Blackview Breeze v2 from Gearbest.com.It's a very nice smartphone and works pretty good.
The looks are gorgeous too. The screen is bright and clear. Battery capacity is very good. The photos are very good compared to other phones with the same price.
For the money wonderful functionality. I was surprized by the quality of this smartphone! The shipping was fast too, so Im very happy.

Unbelievable that it takes this insanely long to get a package and sadder part is I still have been waiting which should have arrived last month. I even messaged about why my package hasn't shown even tracing the package as it says it arrived in New York being processed, and then there was another process on something that weighed nothing at all when I checked as well. I regret wasting 250.99 dollars for an electric unicycle which I was gonna use for a temporary ride for work and back. Yet some how it never even showed up at my door and there is only two explanations for this.
Either they screwed up the order or they are jacking me off and lying about having it in stock. Either way they shouldn't take money off your debit card if you ordered it and require you to have an id and the card you purchased it with. I have never had to verify that on any other site it's not like I am ordering a freaking firearm or a goddamn massive tank. Hell I ordered a tablet from over seas that was from China which didn't take a $#*!ing month to show up.
If I was you your better off ordering on Amazon or Tigerdirect. Least they take this long to get what you want even if it costs more. Guess this is punishment for paying too cheap.

I ordered a vape kit for my dad for Christmas. I was able to find an affordable model and was happy when it shipped to my house in record time. The problems started within a week of receiving it. The vape stopped responding completely: wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. When I opened up a ticket in the customer support site to see what my options were to return this expensive paper weight, I was given two options that left me frustrated: return the vape kit and get less than 1/5 of a refund in store credit or ask for a replacement and pay $40 for shipping! After going back and forth with their customer support (they wanted pictures and videos and proof that I had tried to fix the item somewhere else) I was left with an obviously defective product and a lot of frustration. I would have gladly shipped it back for a full refund, but instead I wasted so much time and money on this company. Never Again.

I have made 3 orders in GearBest and all of them were shipped out extremely fast (1-4 business days). Usually they have the lowest on-line price over the internet. Also, if you find lower price somewere else, you can request price match and they will adjust their price to match or even beat the competitor's price. Their discount system with coupons and points offered for each order is really nice. Many payment options. Support is very polite and helpful.

Placed an order for a quadcopter three weeks ago... still hasn't arrived. Tried to cancel the order, and they SAY they shipped it. Ordered same item elsewhere and it arrived a week ago. Poor communications too. Stay away from this company unless you like to be aggravated!

When I threatened to cancel my order (because I found one elsewhere) they finally shipped. I figured it was easier to keep the unit, rather than fight with them about a return. Still aggravated with them, and their lack of communication, and will NEVER buy from them again.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Gearbest and again everything was way cheaper than uk and went super smooth and best of all the free delivery was within 7 days from china to uk, which I think is superb, they contacted me after delivery to make sure everything was ok with the order and asked if I was happy.
More than happy to continue using Gearbest, nothing but a positive experience so far.
I ordered a self balancing scooter from them on November 26. I had no idea I was ordered from China, and no idea it would arrive after Christmas. I live in the United States and local fire departments, and congress people have advised consumers NOT to purchase hoverboards made in China. After the board arrived and I discovered it was made in China, I wanted to send it back. They told me to use the postal service. The US Postal Service will not accept hoverboards for overseas shipping. I am attempting to use Fed Ex today. I am stuck with a $270 item.

So far I have ordered 2 products. They came in 3 weeks in Georgia (Europe) which is quite good time. One of these 2 items was VR headset. It was better then I expected. All of my friends liked it so I ordered 2 new Heasdest in December (W**************). One is similar to previous one and one is more advanced and hope it will be much better. Both of them should be with me soon.
Prices are quite acceptable.
They response my messages.
Don't know anything about refunds. Haven't used it yet and hope I won't have to.
The store is magnificent, with prices below the average and the customer service is fast! They also offer points for each purchase, which can then be used as a discount. Certainly, it is my store to compare electronic components and other tools!

Avoid Gearbest.com, unless you like being ripped off, then by all means, spend away. To save some time, you can put your cash in a bottle, throw it in ocean, tell the ocean what you want, and then yell at the ocean when it doesn't arrive. The ocean isn't known for saying much but it will still be more responsive than Gearbest.
I ordered a drone case, a small tablet, and some quad parts on the 3rd of Dec as xmas presents. I emailed before ordering and they said all parts were in stock and they would ship in 3-5 business days. Placed the order, heard nothing, finally emailed them after 7 days. Their response- all parts backordered, should ship within a couple of weeks, or I can have store credit. I chose to wait and finally on Dec 24th, I get a fed ex tracking number via email and a picture of a label that's so blurry you can't tell who it's addressed to. It's been almost 3 weeks and the tracking number is still showing no activity. The tracking info on their site is terribly generic and non-verifiable. Gearbest won't respond to any e-mails anymore. I opened a claim with my credit card company for a refund.
If you want to really get some insight into this company, go to you tube and type in gearbest. Lots of videos there of empty packages and DOA merchandise.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
