I did a lot of orders in this shop, because shop propose low prices, fast shipping in my country (Ukraine) and fast communication with buyer. I made in this shop about 10 orders and I was glad all of them.
I recommend this shop!

Edit- After some discussion with the vendor, I was eventually offered a full refund for my purchase. Despite our confusing correspondence, I am happy to have this event behind me.

Despite personally hearing of neutral or positive experiences in regards to some purchases from GearBest I must implore each and every reader to not support this vendor nor purchase anything from them.

My own experience has been most troubling, the purchase of a Ulefone be touch 2 took 3 weeks to process before it shipped. Following that, the phone was never received and the tracking information stated it had never left China. Of course the tracking stopped updating at this point. 4 months later and the shipment never arrived.

The real kicker is Gearbest's own support services, which provided the option of either paying an additional money for a reshipment or the "good-will" gift of less than 33% of the value of the item in credit. But the most profound curiosity came when they stated that I had not purchased insurance (of course I had at the time of checkout). My challenge to their statement was ignored and I was once again presented with the lackluster options above.

PLEASE, I beg you not to purchase large ticket items from them, especially if you have the slightest doubt or question in your head (if you're leaning towards buying insurance for your product, this is for you, you probably should go elsewhere). Otherwise feel free to purchase smaller items of dollar value, people seem to actually get those from what I hear.

Worst delivery service ever!
I had ordered a jacket from gearbest and was quoted a delivery time frame of 10-25 business days, I placed the order in the month of NOVEMBER and haven't received the product TILL DATE. I live in India and the product was dispatched to me from China. When I contacted them they said the product will be delivered within stipulated time. It didn't, I contacted them again and they then quoted another time frame of 25-45 business days! Really for a jacket it's too much, I ordered it from, there because I liked it and wanted to wear it in winters, which are by the way, now over. Thanks to gearbest. I requestd them to contact their logistic partners but haven't got any response They have no ways of contacting their logistics partners and they really do not show any concern for their new customers. Overall worst experience ever with an e-commerce. I would urge anyone from India to think twice before ordering anything from them. I'm not even sure if I'm going to receive my product ever.

Gearbest is one of the best companies to buy great quality stuff. I always buy electronic things from them, and my friends buy from Gearbest too and we're all very satisfied. Items come very protected and packaged so good. What attracted me for the first time was their cheap price, but now what attracted me more is the quality of the products and their lovely customer service. Customers are valuable to them. I advise anyone here to buy from gearbest! Thanks

I buy constantly on this site and insanely happy different bonus points and great discounts! Last buy Xiaomi PowerBank and Xiaomi Yi! Everything came quickly and without damage. It was Packed in the LSP. Unopened boxes, on the website Xiaomi passed confirmation of originality. All works without problems. On purchases above $ 20 get free tracking number, so I recommend everyone to order a big amount, because then the bonuses will be more! I will continue to buy on GearBest! Gearbest bribed me to change the review to a good one from a bad one after they gave me many many problems trying to get a refund for an item that stopped working.

They said they would give me a store credit if i removed the bad review and changed it for a good one.

I did this as got the credit and used it to buy something. Now that the item i used the credit on has been delivered i have decided to tell everybody exactly how this company operate.

They bribe people to give them good reviews. Rip off merchants all day long.

I can say I've had positive experience with GearBest. Best thing about GearBest is there are no fake/counterfeit products like on other sites where every business owner can sell their stuff. If it says it's original you can be certain that it is. Also you will not spend your time searching around the site for best/cheapest offers because there is only one of each product and all prices are cheap. They also have presales of some items. I bought my Mi Band 1S before it arrived in any other store and for half the price that it costs now because I was one of the first buyers. You can also always ask any kind of questions about the product and even see what other people have asked and see all the answers. Benefit is also that you get bonus points for leaving reviews and you can use that money for any other purchases but only 10% of the original price. Still in only 10 purchases you can accumulate more than $10 worth bonus points and it doesn't even matter how much you have already spent. Shipment times can vary. Sometimes you receive package in two weeks and sometimes in more than a month but that is not their fault. Every shipment package is photographed when it's sent. This is what every online store should have. Overall very good and positive experience.

I love to be in close touch with the gadgets and the easiest way to do so, is to buy from China. I have tested many stores and the prices were cheap, but one day I saw gearbest.com. It was a love from the first sight (lol; P). I decided to test that store and ordered Meizu M2 Note. It came in approximately 25 days to Kazakhstan. I was very happy and started to buy more phones from them, to test and sell in my country. So I bought Meizu M2 Note, Xiaomi Mi4i, Leagoo Lead 5, Oneplus Two 16GB, Doogee DG750 and the last, but not the least Meizu M2. I made my first order on GearBest almost a year ago. Since then I ordered more than 40 different items. (One of my last orders (W**************) was made on Nov 25,2015. And I received it on Dec 15,2015) So far so good. I never had an issue with any of my orders.
Here you can find a huge choice of smartphones and phones, tablets, TV-boxes, quadcopters, helicopters on radio control, earphones, watches, flashlights, electronic cigarettes, accessories for gadgets.
Despite cheap prices, the quality of products offered is decent. In top of that you can always read dozens user's review on almost every product they have, which helps a lot if you are unsure about product functions or quality.
They have got local warehouses in USA, Russia and Europe. It means that you can get ordered products from there much quicker. Me personally received products ordered from Europe warehouse less than in week.
If to sum up GearBest is a great and reliable online store with plenty of products, low prices, good customer support and relatively fast shipping.
I will definitely continue to shop there in future.

My first order was a smart band watch for my wife and myself. My wife loved the product a lot. We received the product as shown on the site.
