Gearbest has a wide selection of items, I bought quadcopter spare parts from them.
Prices are in general extremely attractive (including shipping) and in many cases you find everything you need, so it is not necessary (it was not in my case) to visit many different shops to complete your shopping.
I also find it nice you always get a picture of the package ready to be shipped, so you can double check the address is correct etc.

I have shopped with this company for Months now and all I can say is how wonderful they are. I have ALWAYS received my orders in a timely fashion and very well packaged.
I could go on and on about their customer service!... and imagine the merchandise comes that quickly all the way from CHINA!

I have already ordered a few things from GearBest, among which there was a Sehngkai D97 quadcopter, which was only 18$ and avaliable only at Gearbest at the time with free shipping. The product is great, easily comparable with other almost double the price quads.
Shipping was very very fast, around 15 days and the packet came neatly packed and undamaged.
It works great even after a month and I believe that even if I do have a problem, the timely and caring GearBest customer support will help me (I did contact them once about a question for another order and their response rate and time was superb).

Dash cam ordered 1-2-16, Processed 1-5-2016, Shenzhen. Arrived 1-8-2016 Hongkong and departed. I'm thinking its "on a slow boat" from China. Time will tell. Well it's finally here.It arrived in Cincinatti 1-09, cleared customs 1-12. Moved to INDY 1-19 and departed 1-20, Salina Ks. On 1-21, Denver 1-21, arrived SLC 1-22 and departed 1-25 and my locaation 1-26. Now all I got to do is hook it up. Turns out it was on a fast boat to the U.S. and slowed down after that.

I bought a Q212g drone from GearBest but received a V666 drone with a Q212g cover on it. The v666 model drone does not hover capabilities and that was the main reason I wanted the Q212g model. I also asked them for type of motor and propellers for spare parts. Gear best said they would get back to me after they check with the manufacturer. They never got back to me. I was not aware I had v666 drone till I looked up the camera that was different then the one I ordered and found out I had a v666 model. In the mean time I broke a prop gear trying trying to hover this drone. One month sense I order from Gearbest and still have not been able to fly this drone. Costumer service is terrible all I get is emails saying they want to resolve this issue and never do. Do not deal with this company unless you a looking for a nightmare.

I ordered this way in time for Christmas. No tracking number, had to keep going back to them to ask where it was. Delivered Christmas Eve! Great! Opened up on 12/26 and They sent me a broken RC Quadcopter. It did not work from the opening of the box, one propeller motor did not work out of four so it would not take off plus they never sent the part to hold the real time transmittor to the controller. They refuse to give me my money back or even exchange it. $100 down the drain, nice christmas present! This place is the worst for customer service! There policy says if its DOA then they will make good on it, wrong! They will not. I am going to the BBB. So frustrated!
