By the end of December I ordered teclast tablet received by dhl by the 13th of Jan.
But it was faulty with defective display. When I contacted them they offered 10 USD as compensation. That made me mad and after several messages they offered 20 USD I refused... at last they offered to repair it locally... I asked for spare part. Display. Support center admitted that the display is defective and need to be replaced. For one month now they refuse to send me the display screen to fix the tablet although they should send another one but even the spare part they refuse to send...
Very bad site and bad customer support they litteraly stole my money for a defective device.
I ordered several items from GearBest, every one arrived as described within month ( that is normal shipping time from China to my country) and in state as described. I did not have any problems with paying or canceling orders.
Site has great deals from time to time so i managed to get samsung 32gb microsd card for half a price it costs in my country.
I would recommend this site to anyone searching for some cool gadgets.

I ordered Bluetooth modules from this company before Christmas order No WW************** to date they have not arrived.
I tried to contact them on their website... useless live chat does not work, messaging asks me to log in but I have never signed up for an account. No where to create an acc ount so that approach did not work.
I sent email to *******@gearbest.com and did actually get a reply, it said my parts would be sent when I paid for them (repeat of their original email) I did pay for the parts with paypal when I ordered.
That started me looking for reviews here and other places. Personally I think gearbest write their own reviews some I looked at were dated 14 & 15 jan this year, it is now 19 jan and these people are raving about good delivery service and good support, in 4 or 5 days, delivered from China... I think not it takes 2 days to get an email reply if you can find the address to send it to

For us it was ok. Every each purchase was satisfactory, on time and with no issues whatsoever.
It was my first purchase from a international shopping website and hence i was little worried to go for it or not. After some searching i got a good price on a watch that i was looking for about a month.
I got it delivered within 15-20 days so that was great and tracking was spot on!
