I ordered VR Glass through Gearbest.com on Jun 30,2015 (Order No. W**************) and really happy with my order. The VR Glass is really nice, me and my friends love it! Furthermore, the support from gearbest was great too.

Is a shop with many products, excellent quality and price, I buy 1 drone RC and 1 submarine RC and I came perfect, without any flaw, I made several purchases and always arrive in a timely manner, I recommend buy in gearbest, 100% reliable.

Although it took a while, a Gearbest representative finally got to me and handled this whole thing in a professional way. Maybe they have grown too big too fast. Maybe it's a cultural thing. I don't know, but in the end they did work to satisfy me and ensure that the experience ended well. For a while I felt like I was being ignored, but eventually they took care of the problem. Still only moving from a one star rating to a 3 star because of the wait and frustrations.

*** UPDATE*** Gearbest said right here that they would send an email to me with a "top solution". That was an outright LIE. No email was ever received. Furthermore a shipment of 10 pieces had 2 faulty ones in it. No problem, things can happen. Gearbest said they would send 2 more if I paid some of the cost. I paid it and over a week later there is no record of it in my account. This company is a joke. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with and they lie in public to make themselves look good while they completely ignore the customer.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Gearbest product says "ships within 3 to 5 days" but this item didn't go out for 17 days. This is the 3rd time shipments are delayed leaving. When I create a ticket to find out why they give a lame excuse about how shipping companies can be delayed on holidays and stuff. This was NOT shipping that was the problem. They are very slow getting product out. The associate that answered the ticket wrong then closed the ticket so I couldn't even respond to it. Terrible customer experience. Maybe try Ali or Deal Extreme.

I ordered headphones last month and with free shipping they came to me in 3 weeks, which is quite a good time. Shipment packaging was satisfactory and the headphones itself are surprisingly good for the price.

Last year :) was a good action from this store. I was interested in a card is 64 GB (W**************) for nice low price (almost 2 times). On this site I have long been, and orders have, though not much. Ordered given a card without hesitation because I was confident in the reliability and originality, and the responsibility of the store (store is always provided quick answers to interesting questions to me - because there was no doubt). Sent quickly and provided a picture of my parcels (wow, because none of the stores I know it does not). And given the track number that anyone work in sites. Sending came quickly (27-29 days), but note that the street was a new year (the order was 12/18/15). Therefore, it is extremely fast, I did not expect! A card packed well. Immediately after unpacking I go to various tests - Extent replied good speed. Now a card in my phone works on all 101%. I recommend this store and all the goods that they sell! (if you need reliable, high-quality, original items at an adequate price.

Gearbest in this website I purchased a Virtual reality headset I buy here because I find out price is low and the product is latest version I didn't find out anywhere else in ecommerce sites, before placing order thought to ask their customer support service whether or not product can ship to my country( India) I must say they are highly helpful ppl regarding doubts & coming to product shipping website will mention from when it will ship after processing done more over free shipping +low pricing, product delivered to me within 20 days.

Pre ordered a $300 phone (Elephone Vowney), which should have been dispatched the 20 of jan. The same day as it were to ship, I received a message that they could not dispatch the phone (even though it was in stock) and that I had 2 options of refunding. I quickly responded to the message and asked why they could not ship and attached a screenshot of the stock status. After a week I still haven't received a response from GearBest.

I buyed at Gearbest MicroSD card for my cellphone. The price was much more cheaper than at offline store that's why I ordered this product at this store. Product quality is well because I'd testing it at my PC by h2test, capacy and speed also good. Shipping pretty fast and didn't take more than 20 days.
