After many negotiations gearbest finally made a full refund after acknowledging their mistake.
Have to say that they handled the case very professionally at the end.
In November met with the shop and was pleasantly surprised by the prices, made 4 orders from this time, and all orders were delivered on time and of good quality, there was one caveat when ordering Hcigar HB 40, but there was a wine quality assurance manufacturer of the goods, in his store all done at my request a partial refund and an apology given extra points for a discount
This has got to be one of the worst online company... when you order anything of value takes at least a month to dispatch goods even though they say it is in stock and available within a few days. Also when they finally send the goods they regularly send an incompleted order with major pars missing. When you finally get through to the customer service they try to claim the part was not part of the purchased item eventhough it was clearly in the product discription as well as all the photos.

CAUTION!
I ordered 2 quad-copters. One failed soon after being placed into use. They would not repair or replace or refund. They said it is because the warranty only covers out-of-box failures. They offered me a credit of 10% of the purchase price toward a future order. I will never buy from them again.

I bought a 8Gb MP3 player and they sent it to me with instructions for a MP4 player and the instructions are completely different. The buttons are not even the same. It says the player plays MP3s and WMAs. I loaded my WMAs and nothing, no music plays, so I deleted them and loaded MP3s, and nothing, no music plays.
I contacted them and they sent me instruction for another MP3 player, but not mine. How do I get in touch with someone in tech support that speaks and understands English?

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
