I want to tell about my purchase of Gaming Headphones at Gearbest. My old headphones was broken so I decided to looking for new one. My friend told me about this store and I'd wish to buy here because prices was pretty low. I made my oreder and start to wait. Delivery didn't take much time about two weeks. After recieving my headphones I can say that it's good quality product with cheap price.
I decided to buy new MicroSD card for my tablet. When I'd looking for best price choice, at Gearbest was sale for this product and I made my order. My Card was shiped out next day and delivered to me after 14 day so it's pretty fast. The quality, capacy and speed are also very good. Next time I'll buy here something else.

Unfortunately I cannot give this company a good report. I ordered a pair of bluetooth headphones and paid the expedited postage to have them in Australia in 5 to 7 days. When they had not arrived, I contacted this company and was advised that rhe items were not in stock. Now I know wexare in the 21st Century and it would take all of 30 seconds to construct and send an e mail to advise of the stock levels, but no, not a word until I, the customer make an enquiry. It has now been a further week, no contact on the progress of the order and I now see that wih Chinese New Year, further delays in processing are expected. No offer of a reduction in the extra postal charge either. As I have a scheduled payment through PayPal, I can look at delaying this I suppose, but communication = big fail.
I bought my Tarantula X6 from Gearbest and couldn't believe how much they beat the competition prices. The shipping was free and it arrived faster than they said. Gearbest is definitely going to be my first option for my R/C purchases.

I don't have a very large experience with similar sites simply because gearbest was the first that I found and I was happy with the offer, the prices and service itself.
I am pretty much across the world from the wearhouse and the delivery times are good.
I needed to contact the customer service and the replies were fast and direct.
I definetly became a customer for a long time.
I placed 2 orders with gearbest and both arrived in England in 12 days much faster than expected. One order had been damaged in transit so I contacted their customer support. They responded the same day and have despatched a replacement. I have since placed an order for other items because of the excellent service I received. Well done gearbest.
Just to update the replacement item arrived in good condition at no cost to myself and I have also received my later order. Good stuff good price good service will use them again.
I bought two products 07. 11. 15. The order came in excellent form. Product quality is at a high level. Delivery is not long, it took just over a month, I am very happy. And most importantly, prices in this store is much lower than in many others. I will continue to shop here :)
I've been buying in the store. I really like him. He has a very good price, large variety of goods. Responds quickly to customer support. Always helps to solve the problems.
Contacted customer service multiple times to cancel the order 3 days before my order actually shipped. Each time I got some canned copy-paste reply saying to wait for my payment to process. On the third day they claimed they "shipped it" and could no longer cancel my order. I refused the package when it arrived and had it sent back to Gearbest and they offered me a $12 refund for a $83.77 order. In the middle of a PayPal dispute now... So ridiculous.
Do yourself a favor and don't get baited by the low prices and buy from another e-commerce site.
FYI: It seems like they filter the reviews on their site as there is not 1 negative review on any product. Also it seems like they go to sites like these and generate a bunch of bogus reviews to get their ratings up. You can tell when the reviews are fake when they feature the same crap english used to answer their support tickets.

I stand corrected from my review that I wrote last night. I got home today and I received my merchandise. It still seemed to take a little longer than most websites to ship and there is no accurate tracking, but my product did arrive and it was in good condition. I just might do business with Gearbest again in the future as long as I'm not in a rush for the product.

Look at the response from gearbest on this very site. It is just a junk generic answer. They don't want to fix the problem. It seems that they didn't even bother to read to see what the problem is. They won't give me a refund and this is their excuse - "The money has been frozen if it is in the jugement of paypal." Absolute nonsense. I sell through paypal too and I know that a seller can always give a refund. If I get a refund it will be by force and not gearbest doing the right thing.
DON'T say that a full refund was issued. More lies. A partial refund was for a DIFFERENT item and this was only because PAYPAL issued the refund NOT Gearbest. I don't want your refund. I will not revise my review. Gearbest is an awful company and I want nothing more to do with you, EVER!

Every positive review of this site is written exactly like an infomercial declaring gearbest to be the very best. They should be removed because they are obviously fake. SiteJabber should take steps to remove these obviously fake reports written in broken english by someone getting paid minimum wage somewhere to write them.
The site's prices are too low to possibly send this stuff at the prices they are offering and turn a profit.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
