In the beginning I was so excited to see the prices and immediately sought to buy a gift for a friend. A month later after they finally let me use my card, weirdly only off PayPal. After I ordered my items I just felt something was wrong about gearbest. Reading the reviews is honestly like reading a horror novel, and I'm freaking out because I put out some big buck. Also the shipping is a scam having to buy a tracking number, I don't understand who is behind this website isn't being looked into.
First, you can tell that there are many reviews here that are not real due to verbiage.
If you decide to buy something from this site, do not pay for additional shipping to get it faster. Additional charges for shipping will not get you your items faster, ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you order more than one item, they will more than likely come to you at different times, therefore a longer wait for all that you have bought. I bought three items, and after two weeks and 4 notes to them I received a notice today that they have sent out one item. Don't worry, there is no way to track this item, you van only go to their site and see what they have decided to tell you is happening. Really! I saw the pricing and thought ( wow this is great) I am not terribly upset, and decided to buy the same items elsewhere, when I receive my items from Gearbest, I will keep those as well. I will stick to ordering things online from my country. Just beware.

I ordered different items and they were splitted into two invoices. The first one was delivered last week and I was pleased with it, all was carefully packed. The products have amazing quality and can't say anything else but they are everything I expected. I can't wait for the other invoice to arrive.
I ordered my vape equipment in the middle of January. They said it "shipped" yet I've checked their so called tracking service. And all the way into February it said it couldn't find anything.
This place is a joke. It either is a scam or pretty dam close to being absalutly the worst place to buy $#*! at all. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this lieing $#*!-hole. It isn't worth it. They can't do anything. All these good reviews are probably generated $#*! bots or made by people who live so close to the place they probably work there. They don't have answers for problems, and they clearly arn't cut out for this place. I wish I could put worse, like $#*!ing negative 5.
Do not buy from here. They will take your money, and than do nothing.

I would leave 3 stars, but I have to leave 2 just to try to somewhat even out many of the obviously fake reviews on here.
Let me start by saying that yes, I did receive my purchase, though it took about 5 weeks to reach me. I understand it is coming form China, and that takes time. But it stayed in Cincinatti for over 3 weeks.
If you live in the US and are looking for good deals on e-mods and vaping equipment, please look around for businesses that ship from the United States. The mods they sell can be had for the same price or less right here. I made the mistake of not researching this company before making my purchase.
First - I ordered from them, and after taking my money, they let me know that they were out of stock on that item and to choose another. I chose another item and they told me that it was out of stock as well. They had already shipped the rest of the items I purchased, so I asked for a refund on that specific item and it took about a week to get my refund. They shorted me a couple of dollars on my refund with no explanation of why.
Second, according to their YunTrack tracking system, my order was in Cincinnati for about 3 weeks. I assumed my order was lost, so I asked what is going on. They told me to be patient. I waited a few days more to see if the order would move from Cincinnati, and it did not, so I asked for a refund, and criticized them for possibly being scam artists. They ignored me.
Third, I received my order a couple of days later, and it said that it arrived from New Jersey. So, I don't know if it was ever in Cincinnati. I emailed them and apologized for criticizing them, and they ignored me. I assume I annoyed them.
Lily, you don't need to copy and paste a reply. Just do the right thing. Make your business more transparent. Let the customers ordering outside of China know up front that the website is based out of China. Be honest about delivery times. Get a working tracking system. Don't make fake reviews. Do those things, and you will be good to go. I would order from you again if you fixed those things.
It would have been worth it to me to pay maybe a couple of dollars more for my vaping gear to purchase it here in the states. This place is just sketchy as hell.

All the products I bought are in good quality, and were delivered fast and in good condition. Most importantly they have original products, in good price, and not replicas.
It's not the first time I buy from Gearbest. I discovered it by accident, but I'm glad I did. I will continue buying from this site for sure. I also like that their site is clean and easy to find any product I want!

Hello! My second order on Gearbest was Chuwi Hi8 Pro Tablet and OV 64gb Micro SDXC Memory Card. There war really good price for both items (95$ and 14$). I place order 11/02/2016 and 25/02/2016 he came to Lviv, Ukraine. There was fear about tablet because very often Chuwi Hi8 Pro "bricks" but in my case everything is fine after almost month of using them (serial number... 3473). Today (21/03/2016) I place third order. To be continue! :)

Few month ago I'd wish to buy new Xiaomi headphones but I'd affraid to buy fake product and my friend told me that at Gearbest it's really original product of Xiaomi. So i made my choice and paid for it. Next day my product marked as shipped and I'd take a track number of my order. Delivery didn't take much time, about two weeks. After recieving my headphones I can say that it's original product with perfect quality and good price. So it's good seller with nice service.
I don't always buy online but when i do, GearBest is the first of a couple sites that come to my mind because i know i'm not gonna be scam, that if i have any questions or complains they'll help me solving it. It's a quick and great service.

Firstly, how many of these reviews in here are genuine? Honestly? K80m Lenovo smartphone received with inbuilt Trojans and malware. Great. Have to return this at cost to me. Apart from the fact that Gearbest are notorious at not giving refunds and generally being rubbish about returns. Do not buy!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
