My first purchase went ok. Took longer than I expected. But hey, at those prices I shouldn't complain.
2nd purchase, I placed a month ago and I'm still waiting. After 2 weeks of waiting and only seeing that my order hasn't even been sent out to delivery, I sent a few messages to them and now they tell me that one of my items are out of stock. OK!? But why did your site say that they were in stock?
After reading some of the other reviews of this company, I don't have much faith that anything will be done. Tsk tsk. What a shame.
I purchased several items from Gearbest over a week ago. When I inquired about why the order still showed "PROCESSING" they informed me that one item was not in stock and offered 3 options. I chose the option for them to replace the red drone pros with green ones. Couple of days later the order still did not ship. After asking about it in the live chat, they said several items were on backorder. I have raised a dispute/claim against them on Paypal. AVOID Gearbest. They are a very dishonest company. They should be barred from selling.

Bought an Mobile phone from thier Euro warehouse, took only THREE days to arrive via Hermes.
Had the phone for one week as I write this review and am very happy with the Quality and service recieved.
Have used them before for smaller items, which have taken many weeks to arrive, but have come from China via SNAIL post but have always arrived.
2 months have passed and the goods received. Support silent for a week. I do not recommend to anyone

Yesterday I placed an order and notced that I have mistaken the size of my item. I wrote a ticket and they replied ocrdially and promised to correct my order. Today I see that the order is already shipped and I am expecting it to arrive. I try not to bother of all the negative reviews and I hope everityhing will be OK with my order.

160usd display defective MEIZU smartphone after 3 months, MADE ME WAIT for an extra MONTH for customer service answer to let me know that WARANTY HAS a FOUR MONTHS LIMIT! And would refund me 10usd! A joke.

When ordering stuff from China, particularly if you are overseas, you must be careful who you choose to spend your money with. There are lots of counterfeit distributors, and shops where you will get virtually no customer service unless you are in mainland China. This is not the case with GearBest.com. I've ordered several things, from knives to electronic components for Arduino and Raspberry Pi, and I have been happy each time. They have some stock in a USA warehouse, in which case they will ship directly to you in just a few days. And when the orders ship out of China, their shipment tracking has always been reliable for me, and they arrive in a reasonable amount of time for international shipments. Their customer service reps speak English, and usually respond to emails within a day. I am comfortable ordering products from GearBest.com.

Cons:
- ticket response time sometimes too long and answers weird
- chat system not fast enough, 2 hours of waiting and the answer, that you have to create a ticket
- order status not visible, would be beter if you see "collecting / restocking / packaging" for each item
I'm still waiting for my order. I paid for expedited shipping but it has been over a week. I've sent several inquiries, but have not received a response. Disgusted with myself for not having thoroughly researched this company.

Ordered a car cam. It arrived but did not work. Tried to return it. And tried. They insist I ship it back to China at my expense, and must wait 27 to 51 days for a replacement. No money back gaurantee. NEVER BUY FROM Gear Best!

I have bought a few things from Gearbest now and I've been more than pleased. My most recent order was delivered promptly and with no damage
I did have a problem with an item from my first item (a button fell off). After submitting photos showing the issue, Gearbest sorted this out without further question. Perfect.
There's a ton of choice on there too and it all seems to be good (or at least decent) quality. I have just ordered a Ganzo blade (440C steel) and the quality is outstanding. I've bought a few smartphone watches from on there and they are great fun. Whilst I've had no luck with a SIM (Three and FreedomPOP aren't supported) the Bluetooth connection with a phone is spot on. When the connection holds, they are more stable than my Sony Smartwatch 3 that cost £200!

I ordered an item before the chinese new year and it said shipped. But i started writing them tickets to ask where my item is. They did not supply me a suffient tracking info. I got a number but goes to theyre site. And still doesnt say anything. I ordered on the 26th of Jan and now i have 10 days left. I am disapointed how they say the same thing in the tickets but cant answer a simply question. Where is my item. Also if you buy from the which i encourage you not to EVER, the packages seem to send via Sweden post but of course go to Sweden post and put in the tracking number and get nothing saying error or no such tracking number. Do yourself a favor and look how close those 1 star reviews are. They are daily. The other reviews are a fake. Total scam company with poor customer service that cuts and pastes on the tickets that you write back and forth. Dont waste your time with them. They are a scam company.

Ordered a product in early December and have not received it. Sent two emails asking what the problem is, but no response. Went through PayPal and am issuing a claim against them and will get my money refunded. Too much of a hassle - avoid ordering or dealing with GearBest!

I had recently ordered a Dm007 quadcopter and had a few problems with the shipping was very slow not sure if that was caused by the Chinease New Year but finally got my order but had the wrong type of charger and a faulty battery and after several contacts to Customer service they are fixing the problem so as long as you maintain contact with them they take care of any problems so I will do more business with them in the future so as far as I am concerned I have no problems with gearbest

En una semana el paquete desde la tienda EU en casa por correos 72h y con numero de seguimiento.
Va genial, es chulisimo y sin ningun problema. Recomiendo comprar.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
