Few month ago I'd wish to buy blutooth keyboard for my PC. At Gearbest it costs pretty low so I made my order. Next day my product started way to me. Also shipping time takes 20 days. Product that I'd recieve have good build quality and works perfectly. I think that it's nice store with low prices and good service.

Hello,

Please remove the website gearbest.com from the internet and do not participate in advertising for this company.

This website is set up as a fraud / website scam. They advertise products they do not have in stock and once an order is placed they are not refunding the payment made.

I write this complaint only after attempting to solve this matter directly with Gearbest after more than five tickets and refund promises not fulfilled since the beginning or the year. I have also confirmed with Paypal that the refund has not been made.

I suspect that if this has happened to me after so many refund request, this is happening on a grand scale and the Gearbest must be investigated and taken offline. I trusted this website as it was advertised on Google and Facebook.

In November 2015 I placed on order for an Olight S30 flashlight and was charged $22.69.

Order #: WW**************

At the end of December I was notified that the flashlight was unavailable and my order cancelled.

Although I have made multiple requests, I have not received a refund for the purchase as of today, March 7,2016.

Gearbest should not be online nor advertised on Google or Facebook. May I also suggest that Paypal cease to process payments for Gearbest internet fraud.

Be sure to read everthing before placing the order. We were misled. Our 4x4 rally cars did not come with rechargable battery and charger eventhough the description and title suggested otherwise.

I used to buy in other webs such as dealextreme, and once I tried Gearbest, I checked their amazing prices (best of the best), and compared to other websites, and I saw that their prices are the best. Also, they have a point program where you can get up to 30 or 40% discount on your orders, which make prices even better! They keep up with the latest product and accept paypal. Also, the shipment is fast and they make a picture of your order before shipping it. The best shop!

I wished to buy new gaming mouse for my PC. I'd looking a lot of stores and at Gearbest was lowest price for product that I liked. So I made my order and same day my item was shipped. Delivery time takes about two weeks, product quality is good and looks like at store picture so I'll buy more at Gearbest, thx for fast shipping and excellent service!

I oredered on Dec 02,2015 17:58:14 PM my order no was W************** in this i ordered three items they shipped on two phase tracking no as given SGKEN*******016 and Q*******572XX. Both the shipment shipped on different days like 9thdec and 18 dec. But still i didnt received my order. Before i have a good experience with gearbest.com but this time i'm regtet in receiving in my orders. Please do the needfull...

STAY AWAY FROM GEARBEST! I ordered a dash cam as a Christmas gift for my husband. I got something I could not even identify that turned out to be a "vaping valve" that sells for $20 on their site. As petty as this may seem, I was devastated because I couldn't afford to buy a replacement dash cam before Christmas, even though I knew my husband would understand. In early January, I sent the vaping valve back to China at my expense, but they claim it never arrived. I have asked Gearbest to just refund me the difference between what they have in the valve and what I paid for the dash cam, but they will only offer $15. What an insult! I wish I had checked into Gearbest before ordering. When I did start looking, I noticed the same phrases and grammar errors in many of their 5 star reviews. There is also a warning on the TrustPilot site about the integrity of the reviews for Gearbest.

Smart watch dodgy

My husband ordered something for our son for Christmas, we had ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and still have not got what we paid for. This was my sons only present he asked for and still to this day March 3 of 2016 my son still haven't been able to open his christmas present. I'm one pissed off mom.

Couldn't find better prices anywhere, some deals are just mind blowing. Shipping time and delivery varies, but for this price i'm ok with that. Ticket system works fine, i got all my questions answered. Also paypal protection is really nice. Highly recommend.

I bought the smart watch from gearbest.com and it took 2 months to arrived in US. The battery won't hold the charge. I contacted them for full refund because the product was defective. They offer a partial refund but i refused. I contacted them again and nothing but headache. I sent the watch back and it cost me $16 but still not get a refund yet... I contact paypal for a dispute and again They requested a tracking number and refused for a full refund... What is terrible Chinese company.

I ordered a longboard for a pretty great price in hopes that I would have had it by now,(said it would be here in 7-10 business days) so that my lil bro and I could practice. It was supposed to be his birthday gift. We are still waiting for it to ship, and it has been three weeks! We gave up waiting and just bought him another longboard somewhere else, and now I'm just waiting for mine. Even though the price is good, I shouldn't have to wait this long to get my stuff. I purchased an elephone p7000 phablet from gearbest and i can say i am pretty sattisfied with gearbest's service and the support team.
