BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A RETURN. This is the worst company i have ever done business with as far as drones go, i got a drone from them that was DOA and they will not take it back without a pic how do you take a pic of a dead motor to show its not working, and on top of that they did not send any landing skids did i get them no. The only way to solve this problem after many emails is i have to buy a new motor and skids and install it my self. I will never buy another thing from this company.

I orderd a quad from gearbest. Process and handeling was a bit slow, shipment suprysingly fast.The package was damaged on arrival but the quad worked fine

My brother likes to buy goods in the store. In one of these online stores I made an order accessories for my quadrocopter. This product came fast for 16 days. It is like magaizn and a huge number of accessories for your quadrocopters
I placed an order with Gearbest on January 25th in which the site said delivery of the product would be 5-10 business days. After not receiving the product I contacted support. They asked me to wait 7 more days. I waited, still no shipping. Contacted them again after waiting for a month for the order to even get processed. They then tell me that the item is on back order! This was not on their website. They took my money, held it for 30 days, then told me that the item was on back order. So I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. 3 hours later I get a shipping notification from Gearbest. They tell me that my item has shipped. However, when contacting Fedex, both stateside and international, Fedex says there is no such tracking # in their system. When I contact customer support at gear best again for the 15th time, they tell me to wait 5 more days. So here I sit 46 days out with my money stolen from me by gearbest and no product. I am contacting my visa company and writing my story on every single web site I can find to warn people about the way gearbest operates their business. Keeping peoples money, fake tracking numbers, items back ordered but they still take your money and there is nothing on their website to indicate item is back ordered. They probably do not even carry the item.
Gear best... you have definitely messed with the wrong people. We will not stop until' you are shut down!

I decided I would try Gearbest because their pricing was competitive with DX, Amazon and Ebay on a few items, I made two purchases, the 1st order took 3 days to ship and is still on the way. The 2nd order was placed on the 26th of February (paid for) and was still in "process" when I canceled it yesterday. My pay pal account was credit (for which I'm grateful), but I won't be placing any further orders with Gearbest. Perhaps others have had better experiences.

I like that they have what ebay is missing: products review, tracking number option in checkout page for just 2$ and also shipping insurance.

Items were accessoires of Xiaomi Yi cam like lens protector, camera bag, extra battery, tripod, etc. Price was the best that I can find on the internet. I recommend this website if you want to buy cheapest Xiaomi yi accesoires. Shipping was fast and free in order to other shopping sites. Pre-sales and after sales services are pretty good. My item showed delivered but was apparently stolen. GearBest only insured the package for a third of the cost to save themselves money. I never was given a replacement item and only offered a partial refund nearly three months after placing my order and all of the back and forth. I lost nearly $200.00 out of my pocket not to mention this was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my kids. I would never buy from them again and would strongly encourage everyone to shop somewhere else.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
