I live in New Mexico, USA. I ordered a windows tablet on 03 Mar 2016 from "Gearbest" and got it today (14 Mar). It came as per instructions. I was confused about their reliability for some negative comments, but finally got the product perfectly. Though the tablet pc language was in chinese, after selecting english and restarting, it's now well to use.
I am also happy with their online chat service. :)

Ordered a Kakashi Figure from Gearbest 18 days ago and still haven't gotten it, been seeing many bad reviews about the site today so now I'm not surprised, I'm giving it til the end of the week, also the forgot password just loops around and nothing helped me get my password back so I can't even track the damn thing which I paid an extra $3 to do, needless to say these bastards aren't getting my business again

My first order here was a ZTE smartphone and I was very satisfied with it. Fast shipment, good product, secure payment and nice support.No objections so far.
The Gearbest site is very comfortable and the phone app is great.
They always got the best deals and delivery time is super fast, from the first time I found this site I always order just from it.
Purchased a laser light from this company and it took over a month to arrive and when it finally arrived the charger would not work. I tried to resolve with the company to either send me a new one or just the charger- instead they offered me a 6.00 refund. What would that do? I sent them pictures as requested and they still would not do anything, so I opened a case with paypal. So then they offered me 9.00- what good would that do me without a charger? I was very surprised that Paypal was even wasting my time with these offers. Finally Paypal refunded my money and said it was at no cost to this company. WHAT? They shipped a piece of garbage and would not stand behind it and Paypal was afraid to stand up to them. I would not buy from this company and I will not use Paypal again.

I ordered a Megir watch; very inexpensive and after receiving the item, more than worth the price paid. I was very pleased with the quality of the product, which is rare since it is so common for Internet-ordered items to be misrepresented online and not match the quality once received. Will order from Gearbest again (already have, in fact!).
I realy like shopping on gearbest. They have nice promo sales and good price. I am buying gadgets and smart devices and I am satisfied. One thing I like is they don't have clones. On the other sites I was afraid to get some product clone. I would like to thanks them and give advice to be more accurate for customer support. Last time I bought some action camera for 50e and it is perfect. Make some warehouse in Serbia so we can buy without customs :)

I was extremely happy with my gearbest experience. I ordered the 'Xiaomi Mi Band 1S' - http://www.gearbest.com/smart-wristband/pp_*******.html as it was on a flash sale at around 17 euro. The option to pay with paypal gave me great piece of mind that if anything went wrong, I could open a dispute. The wristband took 3 weeks for delivery, which was quicker than expected considering I ordered in the middle of Chinese New Year.
The product itself is perfect. It's original Xiaomi, instead of the many clones that are floating about. Setting up the wristband was easy, as was syncing it with the app. The app could be better, but thats a different matter, which I think will change as they continue to make changes to the app.
After this purchase, I have been looking at other items they stocked just based on how good this service was - the prompt nature of delivery and the good price, which is a good bit lower than the competition out there such as Ebay, Amazon and Aliexpress.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
