I was completely suprised when I first stumbled upon Gearbest website. Before that, I had used a couple of alternative websites that provide cheap prices and worldwide free shipping but I decided to try out something new. Turns out, not even the customer service is top notch, but even shipping time was really fast! I am completely happy about shopping in Gearbest and I know that I will continue doing it further on.
Recently I needed to buy LED lampsfor my home to replace the old ones. I decided to buy at Gearbest because it's more cheper than at stores of my city. At Gearbest I found nice prices for for products that I like at sale. Two weeks after payment complete I'd recieve my goods. I'm relly like product that I revieved. I'll definitely buy more at thenext sale.
I already use gearbest from some time.
Usually I choose EU warehouse and is very quick (about 2 weeks).
From CN warehouse it takes about 1 month to my country.
Regarding support, when I had to use and it was a problem with DOA or any defect was resolved relative quick.
About the products, have very good price and depending of the product range, the quality is also OK.
Untill now never had a bad expericence to drop gearbest from my trusted stores.
I bought in the store for the first time. He was surprised when the parcel was sent very quickly. They sent an order(W**************) a photo, which is very nice. Sending was about a month, that's fine. I will be ordering more!
Very cheap smartphones (when compared with other online stores) with the same quality. I have bought many tech gadgets from them and never had an issue.

I have ordered a watch in gearbest. Actually they sent me through surface courier that is unregistered upto now I didn't get my parcel so gearbest people refunded my full amount to my gearbest wallet in compensation they gave me 200 points also. Thank u soo much gearbest

I do not have problems with any order until now. I received all my orders quickly and I received exactly what I expected (original item).

Another watch and again a very happy no issues from me happy and will use again.
I ordered my watch on 2/15/16 and as of today 03/15/16 I have not received it. I have emailed them 3 times and until this last time I was told it was in processing. No it is back ordered and I have 2 choices, 1) Wait until it comes in maybe 7-15 days. Now remember I have already waited 1 month. This was to be a present and was told on site it would be 7-15 days. Or 2) I could chose a different item from the site. I do not want to deal with them and have asked for a refund. From what I have read this is almost impossible. Well I will keep fighting to get my small refund. It is the principal of thinking they can get away with having our money for a month and us not receiving our purchase for over a month. And their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I guess there is a reason they have no customer service number, they could not keep enough people to answer all the calls. I think all the reviews that are positive must be fake. Remember you are taking a chance when ordering from this site.

After I wrote a review about "no customer service", they got back to me and gave me great service. I believe that the issue was their website. It was confusing and I could not create a service ticket for a return. They have since contacted me and responded the way an excellent customer should.

My sister ordered my daughter a mini electric self balancing scooter through for which I paid for Christmas. She ordered early November, we got in mid January. It malfunctioned from the time I took it out of the box. I looked on YouTube several times to try to troubleshoot in case I hadn't charged it long enough but I followed the instructions that were included in the box. After several attempts to recalibrate it, I told my sister and she proceeded to contact customer service about it being defective. This issue is still not resolved after months of going back and forth with these people. I sent video and pics like they requested and they will not help me. They took their time responding, including taking time for their Chinese holiday for a week. They will not reimburse me to ship it back to China and it will cost $135 to send it. What's the point if there's no guarantee they will refund my money but really I'll only be getting $65 back after shipping it over. Smh. So I still have non-working child endangering piece of $#*! because it's not worth sending back! I would NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! You'll be sorry and out of hundreds of dollars!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
