I ordered a 215$ xiaomi mi4c phone on 18 December 2015 and i still not receive my order!

Update: the package was lost during delivery, Gearbest refund half money back, i did not have a delivery insurance to claim all money back. I think the solution was fair.

My sister & I each ordered an electric scooter for our sons on 11-30-15. She received her order in January. I never received mine. After many messages sent to the company they claim the shipping company lost the item & they wanted me to send more $$ to get another one. Fed Ex states they never received the item. I refused to send more money & they never gave a refund!

If you treat this site as 'Dollars. Or few dollars' online store, that would be fine! But anything other than that. Please don't do it, they sent you wrong parts, cheap electronics goods, most of the time don't work or just cheap quality products.
Especial any high dollars item like computers, smart phones, electric scooters, etc. when you run into support issue, it will take long time to get thing resolved from gearbest.com customer service, they are 'dragging...' the issue, in regarding return or refund, just forget about it... cost many $$ to ship back the defected products for exchange or refund. They almost don't want to issue full refund. You have go thru your credit card company or Paypal to get refund.
In regarding shipping time of the items will take long time to arrive, min 3 weeks, months, or never arrive. They use the cheapest method to ship their products, packing is horrible, they use heavy duty plastic bag or paper envelope to ship their product; they are rarely use any foam padding/pop corn to pack their shipment, except something large doesn't into their plastic bag.
I have learned my lesson, I am not here to bad mouth 'Gearbest.com', just want share my shopping experience with everyone out there.

Nice Bluetooth mouse

In the end of last year I decided to buy new blutooth mouse for my laptop because previous as broken. My brother told me to look it up at Gearbest because here is good service and low prices. I made my order and start wait for my mouse. 18 days later I took it from post office. Product quality is good, shipping fast and nice service. I think this store is trust seller.

I made order at this store because here always original and good quality Xiaomi products. Shipping time takes about 20 days and I'd recieve this item. I don't know why people say that costmur service not good. From my experince they are exclent
Any thing you ask they reply you in a few hours. Other stores take days to reply you
They also have this live chat. They reply you in a minuet
And about the after sale service. You tell me
What store send you a new phone if you have a little problem in the one you recived: D
To be honest. Shipping is not the fastest but it's forgiven in front of all this great service

Собственно не однократно пользуюсь покупками (имею несколько аккаунтов для больше получения поинтов и скидок - но это не запрещено ;) )

Доставка в Украину занимает 14 дней ( 28 февраля заказал товар, 1 марта деньги были списаны со счета, 13 марта получил посылку).

Плачу через палку( Это тоже плюс ибо я сильно недоверчивый).

Почему за стоимость поставил 4? Иногда некоторый товар можно найти дешевле. ( и нет халявы))))))

Собственно рекомендую магазин.

Best service ever!

For me GearBest is my favorite store to shop some vaping gear or gadgets and devices. The service is the best I have seen so far, no lie! I am very surprised how good the quality is here. In germany where I live there is no good support, no personal contact, everything must be fast fast fast... this shop is not like this!

Keep it up, thumbs up! Thanks for this shop!

Delivery was okay, but from china to germany is very slow. No matter which shop you are ordering.

Решил купить себе смартфон да чтобы не дорого и качественно! Давно слышал про GearBest, все хвалят что цены низкие и проверяют перед отправкой да еще и купоны на скидку большие всегда получить можно.
Посетил сайт, сайт понравился! Все логично и валюту выбрать можно. Выбрал телефон заказал-все быстро и удобно! Отправили на следующий день и фото посылки показали и вес-отлично! Телефон пришел довольно быстро, все хорошо упаковано, все работает! Могу смело рекомендовать GearBest, сам уже снова не раз заказывал там и все супер!

Hi, I purchased an item from this company and did not receive it. In addition to that, when I asked for my money back, they gave me the option of either waiting until they send me the item or purchasing something else. Thankfully I work with Paypal and they helped me get a refund. I honestly do not suggest that you waste your time with these people. The service that this company provides is horrible, therefore I do not recommend that any of you waste your time and money.

Worst customer service ever: they delivered me a faulty product (a video gaming console that I paid 120) from their warehouse in UK and asked me to return it to CHINA.
After I did that (it cost me 20 more) they say they didn't receive it!
ANd now they don't want to give back the money, they offered only 40 dollars as a partial refund. It's been 2 months I'm trying to get my money back.

Update:

They finally said my product arrived to their place,: they gave me back the full refund + 8 dollars on gearbest wallet.

Painful experience... ordered my product, received monthly emails stating it has shipped and customer service difficult to respond. I put a negative review in and they finally responded and the order was shipped a week after. Don't think the review had anything to do with it... just that the product was finally received in from china. Scary.
