Ordered many times off of gearbest never had any issues what so ever. It's easy to track your packages and delivery is much quicker than similar site's I've used in the past (fasttech). Easy to navigate and if your lucky enough to log on at the right time some of there flash deals are amazing. Would highly recommend.

On the Aplil 30 of 2015 i bought the Xiaomi power bank ******* mah.

Found offer in the flash deals section of website, it's great when you see flash deals on the main page. It's good usability for buyers.

Ok, choosed and ordered in a few clicks, paid with paypal. It's good when shop offers paypal payment.

After the month (approx) of shipping (free delivery is long, but it's ok, same things on the other shops) i recieved my powerbank cheked it and uses it till now.

What i can say about the product? It's original power bank, passed verification on the Xiaomi website. Used this power bank for a 10+ months, it charges my THL T11 4-5 times. Great for a traveling.

What i can say about the gearbest shop? It's great! Will buy there more good stuff!

I ordered an item right before Chinese New Year and therefore had to wait a week. Then the item was on back-order (which they never told me) and then it finally shipped although I still don't have it almost a month after I ordered it! There is no tracking information and when I have asked for information, they just keep telling me to wait and it is on the way.

I will never order anything from GearBest again. There are many more options and companies that value their customers.

I bought headphones "Xiaomi Piston 3" (Order No.: WW**************) it was my first buy on Gearbest. It is original. I have been used it about month and I am very satisfied of good quality. It arrived within about 25 days form China to Ukraine according that it was winter holidays. In general it is good shop and I have positive experience.

Purchased a hover board for my son before Xmas. It took over 2 months to arrive, and when it did it was defective. Doesn't work. It wasn't put together properly at all and the main board is defective. For the last month I have been trying to get some help to rectify the situation. I've sent pics and videos. I want to them to honour their money back warranty - but they are telling me it would cost ME too much to send it back! All they are offering to send me part... Which presumably I will have to pay someone to install, or a $30 credit! Ridiculous. I paid $329 USD! Stay away from Gearbest.com. The quality is poor and their warranty is a scam. I feel completely RIPPED OFF!

It is six months since I bought my Redmi 2 PRO at Gearbest.com, and now Id like to thank the guys for their work. That was my first purchase at the store, and I can say I was a little worried. However, now I Im satisfied. The item did agree with the description, and when I checked its code via the manufacturers website, it was a 100% match.
