Original Post:
I ordered a car camera@ $59.99 on their website when they have promotion.
They cancelled my order for no reason and ask me to buy at original price = $89.90.
The customer support said they "understand my frustration" and gave me 100 points == $2! WTF?

Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from them!

Ordered on 26 December with an insurance to avoid problems, nothing received. With difficulties after three months Gearbest finally refunded the whole price. Gearbest should send items only with reliable shipping company with delivery only with a signature... anyway Gearbest is finally honest. Well done anyway!

I made 6 orders from this site and none of them is sent nor arrived. I asked them to help me but they are offering %50 of item to refund. Do NOT buy from them. They do not send parcels and they do not give you refund. Buy from another site otherwise you will be scammed too bad...
I contacted my bank for chargeback process. Otherwise it's not possible to save my money because they got it and nothing came to me after 2,5 months!

Review of the WLToys Q333A by Ken Lysons

Being a past purchaser of a Q333c I was skeptical. To be honest, I almost had no interest in flying one of these drones again. I knew that the unit would fly, if I spent enough time on it. I tightened every connector, even applied UV light hardening glue to stiffen up the chassis. After way too much time spent on a RTF unit, I had little to no interest in repeating the exercise.

I received the shiny new Q333A in the mail a few days ago, charged up the battery and display screen, and started looking over the drone while the charger did its job.

Something felt different. It felt solid. It felt real. A quick test with the hand tools proved my suspicion correct, this was a different multirotor. It held place when transitioning from landing to flight mode, the body did not twist out of place like the original.

I zeroed the trims, headed the quad into the wind and set the transmitter to 80%. I was happily surprised, found that this new unit handled the breeze easily, had ample power and agility. Was this a completely reworked reincarnation of the original Q333?

I put the unit through its paces for 10 minutes, flying FPV with the included screen mounted to the remote, and in line of sight out 150 feet. Delay was hardly noticeable, I was impressed with the video quality, as I was the quality of the entire unit. It climbed quickly, flew at a decent speed, and fast descents were easily controllable with no noticeable wobble, which is rare for non-gps units. The tracking was very good, little input was needed even in the wind to stay on course.

It happily ran circuits until the lights began flashing, and I brought it in for a safe landing, ready to fly again.

Gearbest and WLToys have hit it out of the park with this unit, for the price it is easily the best small FPV unit I have flown to date. Flying a mini inspire for $150.00 puts a big smile on my face, and this multirotor has earned its spot in my collection.

Excellent Service Center

Once in the time it happens that you are not satisfied with a product.
After a somewhat less experience with the Gear Best Customer Service i write some emails to GearBest.
We came together and the result was satisfactory.
So see if you keep talking (mail), you'll always come together and find a solution.
Which was in my case. They (GearBest) found a good solution. And i was happy and satisfied.

I buy a lot of items at GearBest and am always satisfied with the quality of the products I buy. Fast delivery.
And when somethings wrong you can write a email to the customer service and they came whit a solution.

15.02.2015 - they informed me, that post missed my item and now I can get 50% money back or pay +50% and get item. Ftw?

Whats point to send items, when you can get 50% profit doing like that? CHEATERS

P.s. they posted that my item was shipped. Check photo - NO ADDRESS on the picture, peace of cardboard. Seems they already had plan to get more money

Just the worse experience ever!

Made an order, paid for it then got told some items were out of stock. Had to chose something else as they won't give me the money back.

Then the order never arrived. I requested my money back AU$163.46 and nothing.
So I ended up without the money and the order.

Please boycott them! There are lots of good websites around there, find a good one. This one isn't at all.

Yup no good. Order 4 days ago paying express shipping and still not ship. Contact them then they tell me it was overweight for the shipping I choose and ask me to pay 33USD different to get it ship. Why I have to pay extra? When it clearly listed the shipping rate on check out and I already choose to pay more to get it faster and now they want even more. Never buying from them again.

Do not buy from GearBest

I purchased 3 items from GearBest (2 watches and a kids quadcopter toy). The watch and quadcopter arrived but the second watch never arrived. The quadcopter was missing the transmitter and a charger so was absolutely useless. Apparently this was in the fine print but was not clear at all. The second watch never arrived. I have asked for a refund and GearBest won't provide it. They told me I have to wait for the watch even though it's now been 6 weeks and it was supposed to be a present for my daughter's birthday which has now passed.

Do not buy from GearBest. The products don't arrive and they won't provide refunds!

Customer service sucks

Ordered a NO. 1 X3 Android 5.1 4G Phablet. Item is missing the waterproof back cover for sim & sd card. Opened ticket 12/31/16 with Gearbest. They offered a $10 credit or they would try and find a cover. Today is 2/12/17 and still waiting. In the meantime I found a cover in China on AliExpress and ordered it myself. GEARBEST SUCKS

Very good service

I had bought a smartwatch with their shipping insurance. After two months i don't receive it and i open a ticket. Gearbest reacted very fast, in the begin they search the pack and after some days they asked if i want to resend or refund my money, i told to them to resend and the second smartwatch come very fast in three week.

First they can not deliver the device for more than 3 weeks estimating another 3 weeks before they get it on stock (why do they indicate Stock on the Webpage when they don't have it?). But don't mention they have it on Stock in the EU Warehouse where I finally got it from after cancelling the order in China. The EU Warehouse obviously is more expensive and doesn't include a Keyboard. But ok till here.

The Tablet arrived with obvious marks of having been used. Scratches and even finger prints under the screen protector. After two days of use, the device died.

What does Gear Worst offer? To send it in (which costs me around 50) or to keep it and they refund it with 30. So I get a broken and used device but have to pay for it. Why on earth should I keep it? It's broken! As a chopping board?

On top: if I get the device from the EU Warehouse why do I have to send it to China? For more delays? It took me already over one week to communicate with them. They on purpose delay replies or handing out their Warehouse address to gain time.

To make it short: Don't buy at Gear Worst. I never had a problem with their competitors like Bangood or Geekbuying.
