I have purchased many products from gearbest and since I was always good, I want to write my review unbiased and fair. The shipment was fast and excellent communication, advice gearbest for purchases of drones and other radio-controlled models.
I purchased the Weisre Wireless Microphones at what I thought was a good price. The first set came in DOA in a few days. They promised a replacement set or an in-house credit. I went for a replacement set.
The second set took 3 weeks for them to generate a shipping label from China. After 2 more weeks and more ticket help conversations. I received the second set. The second set is broken the same way. I took the wireless mics to a friend of mine who is an electronics tech in the military. In their shop they measured the transmission frequencies of each microphone and all 4 were no where even close to the marked frequency on each one or the base unit.
I tried to get them to let me ship them back for refund or tested exchange and the reply was to refund only half of my money. MORONS!
DO NOT BUY from this company. Once they have your money you are screwed. Go search eBay or Amazon for what they have and pay a couple of bucks more from another company. These guys are rip-off pros.! Skip this company. Go someplace else!
Bought a phone, was never delivered.
Support only respond with pre-written messages, and so far after 4 months and several refund request, still no news about neither my phone nor my money.
You should be ashamed, and your compagny should be closed for scam.

A very good e-shop with the best prices I could find. I waited less than a month from china warehouse to Greece that I think is very quick for free shiping. I am very satisfied for the exchange. About a minor problem with one of the devices I ordered I was imidiately contacted gearbest customer service and they gave me partialy refund very quick and that satisfied me fully.
I am very satisfied with gearbest as it is different from aliexpress or ebay - you can really be sure you get the product you ordered. Very happy. Will use again.
This is a very simple but unfortunate set of events.
- I ordered a screen for a Xiaomi Mi 4c.
- They send the incorrect one.
- A lot of back & forth messages, sending photos & videos countless times, the Customer Service just do not caring and tooking ages to reply, even when they said they would reply after some days.
- Finally they made me an offer of 3 options:
- "GearBest money" (as if I'm gonna buy from this store ever again!)
- 10$ in my bank account (bear in mind the screen alone was 35)
- a screen replacement (if I send back the incorrect one, of course, and that would have me paying at least 20 just to send it back). And of course, if they do a mistake again - why wouldn't they? They never admitted this mistake in the first place - it's me losing even more money.
Thanks for making me lose a lot of money, GearBest. See you never again!
EDIT: After they saw the review, they decided to refund the full price of the phone (35). Wich is better than 10$, but still far away from the 105 that I spent on this. It was an improvement, but still: it was not my mistake, and I lost time and a lot of money.

First of all no one paid me for this or even ask me to leave this review I did this on my own.
I recently ordered a projector from gearbest.com.
I then started going online in Reading different reviews and comments and was starting to get very concerned.
Then I get this tracking number all the sudden and I'm like okay cool at least it's in motion
Well to my surprise, I live in Indiana in the United States.
I got my package in 4 days... no joke... I was stunned.
I will be ordering more from them, people don't believe all of the bad, and she sees some of them are just impatient people that don't take into account sometimes things are on backorder or depending on how they decide to ship it
A good waste of our bucks! Try to avoid it as much as possible!
I've ordered a flashlight as it was advertised with "buy 1 get 2" but they sent me only one piece. Later they asked for a screenshot of the advertisement, wtf?!?!
So finally I have only one flashlight!

Ordered some stuff to Israel. Gave them My address in English AND Hebrew. 2 weeks later I get a message that my order was sent back from the shipping company because the address is not in English. Complete waste of time.
Part 2 of the mess:
Gearbest canceled 2 orders I made but told me only about one cancellation. Wasted more than a month waiting for the other one and only after asking them about it I was told that it was canceled.
Gearbest response is a joke. The address i gave is correct and in English. I just added the street name in Hebrew. There should be no problem using this address. If Gearbest refuse to accept Hebrew letters in the address they should not confirm the order and notice me there is a problem with the address on time.
Gearbest customer service only offered me a small discount for future orders. This is insulting. After a couple of failures I will not buy anything from them again. This discount is useless
So to sum it up:
2 orders, both canceled, huge waste of time. Terrible customer experience. Stay away!

In order to feel secure with your orders, you can use paypal that is best payment method, i am telling you by experience, you will never lose, in case you dont get your items on specified time, you can open dispute against the seller, so paypal will make an investigation about it and according to the result of it, you will be refunded by paypal. All arrived in time ( I live in Italy and, If you buy with the priority mail, 0-3 euros, all the orders will arrive in more or less 7 working days)
The support is kind and helpful in all situations and, if the courier loses the pack and you have bought the 2 warranty, they will give you all your spent money.

Sent me a faulty piece of equipment, then demanded I pay £70 to send it back to China. Apparently it couldn't be repaired under their "free repair" warranty, and so are now demanding $200 from me to send me a new one! What a joke.

Yesterday I bought 3 pieces of pen from GB. In my registered account I have an address but I gave another address to this shipping. ( Because I moved another city (600 km far away from my new address))
But GB sent this parcel to registered old address. I request to solve this problem because I have evidence and share with their customer service but they regret them. Please find a real solution asap.

Super website too, i like to order somme items every month since 3 years ans the SAV is very intelligent to understand my words for all my problems.
You can pay extra for shipping but still the time will take 15-30days. Then you get a nasty charge on some items from the postman. Then they smoke weed and relax when its Chinese new year and it takes them 6 weeks to ship on item you wanted 1 week ago. DO NOT TRUST GEARBEST AND THEY TRY THEIR HARDEST NOT TO GIVE REFUNDS.

I bought the Xiaomi Yeelight RGBW E27 Smart LED Bulb.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
