I ordered from gearbest several times now and I must say, it's always nice shopping at Gearbest. They have a wide range of products for very low prices and also provide PayPal as paying otion. For my surprise the quality overall was very good even at those low prices.
Free Shipping was provided for me every time I ordered until now and it always arrived about 2-3 weeks after placing the order.
Some last words about their Customer service and refund: One time an item arrived not working. I contacted the customer service and within some hours they contacted me asking if I would like to get refund of my money or order a new item. The refund was done via PayPal within one week by Gearbest.
Buying goods on gearbest isnt just easy, prices are usually at a record low. Compared to other marchants, gearbest prices are always pocket friendly. Most times i end up buying more than i initially plan because prices are just super low. Asides from the speed delivery, and wonderful packaging, their customer service is one of the best. I totally recommed them for anyone looking to buy quality yet cheap products

If you are looking for to buy online, Gearbest is your store. Very good prices and thousands of products. I bought many times and I have never had problems with my purchases. They have always arrived in perfect condition and in an acceptable time. I think gearbest is the most popular website for buying a ton of cheap stuff, product delivery isn't really fast but it's ok (also it's free), the support center is really helpful and they respond to you within 24 hours.

It has been over a month and I haven't even received my phone. Tracking has been stuck on "On its way to Toronto" for so long. Very disappointed, if I purchased on another website it would of arrived the next week.
EDIT: Received my refund, the customer service is very friendly. They should make the process of not receiving an item more faster so people don't have to wait a long time.

I placed an order for an item that i had been waiting on to go on fire sale. In a week in went on sale i placed the order and they advertised shipping for only $12. With the fire sale i saved a little over $40 10%. Then after them charging me the price we agreed to. They decided they couldnt ship it VIA the advertised price and wanted to up my shipping +$70. After this happened i then started searching for problems and found this site. Im glad i found it and after them telling me

I ordered 2 10 ft cords for my iphones. Approx. 5 weeks later I received them. Neither one worked. There is no customer service. I finally complained to Paypal. They opened a claim and GearBest offered me a 1/2 refund. I said no, I wanted a full refund since both cords didn't work. They now requested me to send back the product. Well it costs more to ship them back to China than they are worth. They do NOT offer a return label. Then they claim it will take 1 month for them to "review" my claim for the refund. I will not buy from China or GearBest ever again!

I have ordered twice from this site. The first my order was never shipped. Their customer service is non existent. I requested a refund or the item resent. After several months and no solution I asked my credit card company for a refund which I was given after their investigation. GearBest where unable to show any shipping documents for my purchase.
The second time I ordered four of the same item. 2 worked, two didn't. Again GearBest customer service does nothing but ask the same questions over and over. No attempt to find a solution. I have now applied to PayPal for my refund.
This company either ships junk or nothing at all. There is no customer service nor possibility of a refund.

The experience with Gearbest has always been good, I receive quality products and receive them in a reasonable amount of time. Whenever I do have issues Gearbest customer service looks after the matter quickly and positively.
They are simply robbing you, never buy from Gearbest.
I made an order a few months ago but nothing is delivered to me since around 2-3 months. When I went to helpdesk and asked for some help, they only offer me %30 of the price I paid which is ridiculous.
Delivering the item is their responsibility, not mine and they want me to pay for something that I never got.
Stay stay stay away from Gearbest! They do not have decent support, Gearbest is scammer, gearbest is robbing your money.
They do not send you products and they do not refund you, this is not a good way of doing business!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
