I recently had very slow and unsettling service from Gearbest.com, however, it became clear to me, once I elevated my issue by complaining online, that this site is willing to help their customers.

It is clear they do want your patronage and they are more than willing to resolve issues to ensure that you have a positive experience.

Gearbest NO good

Dead on delivery drones, no refund and lots of lies. My dead peices of plastic arrived over a month ago and still no solution. They even have the cheak to send a email telling me the matter is resolved. With a link that leads nowhere.

RUN! (away)

Ordered a drone from them, it arrived with the FPV not operational. Connected via their online chat and asked if there was anything I had missed in the manual that should be done to make it work. Their answer "no". I then asked for them to send a pickup on it and ship out another, hopefully operational one. Their answer was "read our warranty policy" which states I had to pay to ship it back to them. I contacted my credit card co. And explained the situation to the rep and she verified that I did not have to pay to have it shipped back. 45 days later, no response from them but my credit is permanent on my account. Apparently the merchandise they sell is so worthless that it isn't worth getting it back for them.

Hi,

I am going to share about a big scam and fake retail shop GEARBEST.COM
If you ever try to purchase anything from gearbest, thinks twice. No no don't even think so.
I had very bad and eye-opening experience with gear best.

So story started as i ordered a sweat shirt at 25 NOV 2016 with value $11. I got tracing details too, but after 12 days 7 dec 2016i wasn't able to trace my product.
I contacted support team more than 100 times to product deliver. They assured me I will get my product.
After 1 month when i didn't receive my product, they told me to wait for 2 month i, e till 26 Jan 2017.
If i don't get my product after 26 Jan 2017 they will offer me better solutions.
As expected after 2 month i didn't get my parcel.
Now this is the best solutions they offer which was unbelievable.
1). They will credit only 40% cash back as wallet from my total amounts what i purchased from there on line site.
2). Case back will be in format of wallet money that means i could only use it to buy something from there shop only what i can't do it.
Supposed if i again order something will have to suffer for 2 more month afterwards they will again give cash back of its 40%.
Sounds like scam. Doesn't it?

And the good thing is from 26 jan they stopped to respond me what i can easily guest why.
I have sent multiple email to them, they were frequent to response back before 26 jan, now they are completely avoiding my emails.

So things to need to know about gear best
- No credibility
- Poor services
- fake promises
- worst experience
- Above all you can easily waste your money( or can say you will lost your money with this scam).

Frauds Masters

I ordered a few products for the first time. I placed the order January 17. I placed a support ticket and they demand an extra $20.56 on 24th January to ship because the option I chose on their shipping page was customs problems. I paid it on 24th Jan The shipping. Method I chose EMS But they shipped it through Netherlands Post. I am contacting them but no body's answering. If I pay more and opt for fast delivery Why they changed to cheapest methods without my knowledge. I don't want through Netherlands Post

I bought a computer in www.gearbest.com. The after sales services is VERY VERY bad. It is now one month that I am trying to get a solution from them, and the only thing they say is that they regret, but no solution.

Be careful, with this website.

Gearbest is by far the BEST online shop you will find these days on the web! Everything i want - they have! AND with a great price!

I bought from them the Xiaomi Mi Notebook air 13", and because it come with US power cable they send me for free EU adapter! And they send it really fast! I got it after 1 week! They have every week new sales and you can find new products with really low price!

I talk a lot with their online chat support team and they help me every time, even with the tiniest problem!

I really recommend you to check Gearbest website and see everything i wrote here by yourself!
I can promise you that you would't be disappointed!

Always with good prices and trusted products.
The customer service is the best, always answer our questions quickly and if you have a problem they solve in the best way.
Now offer option to pay with credit card on Brazil without the need to use an international card and they divide up to 6x with no extra costs.

Worst customer service

So i ve bought a product that was 29,88 euros and the product wasnt dilivered because the postal office made a mistake and put it like an unknown adress.the adress was correct and now when i told the gearbest that i want my money they rufund my with 20,82 euros so after all this nonsens all i get is the waithing for my packege and lost 9 euros... how is this fair? It wasent my falt so how cum i have to lose 9 euros? I dont get it... worst customer service ever... i dont recomend buy stuff from this page.
