I only have positive things to say about GearBest.
All orders went perfect.
They have cool things, sharp pricing and they are always shipped very fast.
When I talk to the support desk they always react quickly and find a solution.
I already advised this site to many of my friends.

I really like Gearbest. The products are original and cheap, usually with free shipping. I ordered an original Xiaomi Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Speaker (order number: W**************) and it took 3 weeks to arrive and I got full tracking (ordered it on Feb 15,2017). I recommend gearbest.com for online shopping.

I bought so many things, never a problem, fast delivery, product arrived in maximum 11 days, have LOWEST prices on the web, in the world!

Although I have paid with Paypal, and that money has already gone to GearBest, they now want high-res scans of personally-identifiable documents, preferably my driver's license or passport. They have stated that my order is "on hold", despite me having paid for it. I implore anyone to NOT send documents that can be used to steal your identity and ruin your life to some random vendor who first takes your money and then holds your shipment hostage.

My only hope now is that Paypal will offer buyer's protection in this case, but their chat already told me the chances are slim. Still, 300 down the drain is better than enabling identity theft. Stay away!

C'est un excellent site, les commandes arrivent dans les temps et en bon état. Je n'ai jamais eu de frai de douanne avec eux. Quand l'article est cassé durant le transport ils le remplacent sans soucis. Je recommande.

Têm várias formas de fazer o pagamento, incluindo o paypal, o que traz novamente ainda mais confiança. A gearbest também mantêm o comprador sempre atualizado, dizendo o estado da encomenda (Pago, enviado, etc.). Depois do despache, é facultado o trackingnumber, o que permite ao comprador ver sempre a qualquer momento onde o seu produto se encontra. Como comprador também é sempre facultado várias formas do envio. Eu pessoalmente escolho sempre o priority line, para os produtos chegarem mais rápidos (em regra 10 a 15 dias úteis). Contudo também é oferecido um transporte gratuito pela gearbest que costuma a demorar mais ou menos um mês a chegar a Portugal.
A gearbest possui vários armazéns, e caso tenha muita urgência vejo no armazém europeu se o produto se encontra disponível e assim chega em norma em uma semana.
Desde algum tempo também é possível trabalhar com a gearbest, fazendo reviews etc. Como recompensa a gearbest oferece sempre GBpoints, que servem como um vale de dinheiro, e podendo descontar na próxima compra, ou então poupar.
