I never received my product and when I questioned them they stated they had no record of my order. I then lodged a complaint through Paypal and they said it was on its way. Of course it never arrived. They have offered to give me a store credit which I will never use as they have shown they just scam you out of money. I purchsed an $150.00 FrSky Transmitter from GearBest that was on back order all over the world, I wanted to be at the front of that waiting list so I ordered it 2 months out, 3 days from the date the item was supposed to ship GearBest canceled my order with no warning, nothing. Kept my money in the Gearbest wallet and kept telling me to buy another item. After fighting for 2 days to get my money back,(at this time is only an agreement) Now I am at the back of every waiting list for this Tansmitter do not have my money yet, and have checked every other site to see if they got their orders and there was no one left out. Do not do Buisness with GearBest if you like your sanity.

I'm buying on gearbest for 8 months and everything went perfectly. I only have some issues with a problems two times and the customer service allways gave me a solution fast enought. They are allways available to help you.
The products have, in general terms, good quality matching the description.
I recommend going over the flash deals, sometimes there are bargins there. Prices are great and the GB point system makes it really appealing. The dispatching is usually within a week and delivery within a month (This is oridnary, nothing special). They are very responsive in chat.
I ordered 2 e-liquids and they both vape very well, the aramax energy drink juice is in my opinion the best I have ever vaped, very good clouds and nice taste. In my opinion the cream dessert liquid is too sweet for my tastes, but it still vapes well, just my personal opinion that i don't like the taste.
I have not had any problems with my orders, I have never even had to worry about shipping because all the orders have came within 15 days, shipping is very good unlike when ordering from other chinese stores where the shipping might take 1-2 months.

I bought two weeks ago a paír of xiaomi sneakers (order number: WP**************) which where supposed to arrive in 10-15 business days.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
