My experience with GearBest has been 99.9% positive. The only little criticism I do have is, as with many other companies too, the call centre come service hotline. I don't know if it is language barriers or a lack of knowledge but sometimes the response to product related questions insn't exactly satisfying!
Having said that, everything else is just great! Almost always best prices, always great quality and any sales related query is dealt with in a swift and competent manner!
Delivery times are within the "normal" frame of intnl. Shipping and there are always a few options to speed up the process i. E. express delivery for an extra but reasonable fee.
I had some 20 deliveries with about 80 items shipped from GearBest and so far I didn't have to send anything back for a refund or exchange.
I do recommend GearBest as a reliable and trustworthy online store!

Hey there I would like to share my Experience with Gearbest So Far. My latest order was an Orico 2.5 inch Hard Drive Enclosure order number the order was placed Dec 1, 2018 and I received it on 10th of Jan. The shipping was moderate fast because it was unregistered and the package was perfect packaged. I am buying from Gearbest for about 3 year now and I can confirm the shipping is fast and the customer support is excellent. If I have to give 10 out of 5 stars for something about Gearbest is the Customer Support, in any order I've made on other stores I never had such good Customer Support. One time on of my friends orders from Gearbest showed up and some of the products was faulty from the factory and when we contacted Gearbest support with evidence they returned his money in no time. And every time I contacted the Support team I have never had a question or problem not solved. And the 2nd best thing about Gearbest is that they have a point system that when you buy something it rewards you with points that you can use to save some money in your next order. So for the Customer Support, points system and a little bit about shipping times ( it can improve a little bit) I think Gearbest is the number 1 store to buy products from China!!!!

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
