Before buying on aliexpress and fasttech, but my friend advised to me Gearbest. Now I only make purchases on Gearbest. I love reward points system. Saved a lot of money. Bought a vaccum cleaner and it was Dead on arrival. Contacted them and in their response they said either return it to China or CA. But if you return it to California we won't pay for shipping charge and price to send to CA is 60$. Their return policy sucks.

I do shopping with Gearbest from august 2016 and was satisfied with goods quality and service level. More then 10 orders was made.
The site is pretty easy to use and the prices are good. They advertise that shipping will take 10-20 business days and have a policy posted on their website to apply for a refund if the order does not arrive in 25 days. I have been waiting 30 business days, about a month and a half and still no package. I complained via their customer service system and have been asked to wait until 2 full months for the order. I ordered knowing I needed the articles in six weeks and as they haven't arrived I had to replace them all. My order is now useless to me. The company grossly underestimates the shipping time and then refuses to give a refund when they miss their own published deadlines. Stay away unless you really don't care how long it takes to arrive. On the plus side, their customer service rep was very polite via email but just kept repeating the same thing.
