Ich habe schon sehr häufig bei Gearbest bestellt. Da ich aus Deutschland komme meistens mit der Versandart "Germany Express" bis auf ein mal ist immer alle glatt gelaufen. Einmal ist das Paket leider wieder zurück an den Absender gegangen. Da konnte GB aber nichts für, sondern der Fehler lag bei DHL. Da muss ich GB ihre Ehrlichkeit zu gute halten, denn obwohl ich NICHT nachweisen konnte, dass das Paket wieder zurück gegangen ist, hat GB von sich aus gemeldet dass das Paket wieder bei Ihnen ist und mir den Kaufbetrag zurückerstattet. Die Qualität der Produkte ist bisher immer einwandfrei gewesen. (Notebook, Xiaomi Handy, diverse Akkuträger und Verdampfer)
Preise sind zumeist gut, wobei man natürlich immer wieder vergleichen sollte. Insbesondere die Flash Sales bringen häufig sehr gute Preise, aber eben auch nicht immer.

I tried many chinese online-shops before, but now I decided to stay with Gearbest.
So far, every order arrived in time and intact. The prices are good and the variety of products is huge. I'm mostly ordering electronics from them, but if you prefer clothing, working supplies or nearly anything else, you will probably find it too.

I can recommend the shop to everyone, who doesn't want to spend much money, but elso wants to get great products.

Существует множество китайских площадок на просторах интернета, gearbest одна из них. Gearbest сам по себе является магазином, сравнивать его с другими китайскими площадками не совсем корректно(али, ебей, жд и т. д.). Политика цен, к сожалению не самая удачная. Считаю сам магазин, мог бы и дешевле отпускать какие-то товары. Моя оценка это 3+. и у этого магазина куча недостатков:
1) интерфейс по современным меркам, не самый лучший. Если сравнивать его с ранее перечисленными аналогами, то есть куда расти.
2) Работа в л. к. также не совсем удобная. Операции со своими заказами исполняются через пень колоду. Тоже есть куда расти.
3) Цены порой сильно завышены. Конечно тут существуют поинты, но чтобы их накопить, необходимо сотню лет.
4) не совсем удобное обслуживание в тех. поддержкой. Нету оперативности (можно сослаться на множество заказов и малое кол-во сотрудников). Сотрудники тех. поддержки туповаты, не могут думать логически и т. д.
5) оплата не самая удобная. (тут вопрос ограничения произвола гербест. начнут китаезы наглеть, будет не красиво).
прочие мелки недостатки которые я не стал сюда включать.
Также у магазина и хватает +:
1) Магазин печется о своей репутации. К сожалению только тогда, когда клиент совсем не доволен. Простые сотрудники тех. поддержки не могут решить ваши вопросы, через некоторое время подключается артиллерия и всё быстро решается.
2) цены также варьируются не понятно от чего. бывает даже это в + покупателю.
В целом магазин оставляется двоякое ощущение. Сперва все бесит, а потом ты рад когда решается твои проблемы.
Качества товара как и везде. доставка в среднем точно такая же по срокам. В целом рекомендую данный магазин.
