When I ordered product, shop says there was over 50 pcs free to buy. When I asked why they were not sending it, there was 45 pcs in store. Now I got notice that they cannot send my item, and there seems to be 100 Pieces left in store. WTF? They are selling pure air. I'll never buy anything from that shop.

Very fast delivery with reasonable price and all item of my order was in perfect condition and jaust as have been described.
I have been shopping at Gearbest for almost a year now and it has been a great experience. The prices are incredibly low compared to local shops. On a total of about 50 items (spread out over multiple separate orders) there was only one item that was DOA. After contacting Customer Support they offered a full refund. One item was damaged during transport and Gearbest CS sent me another one.

On March 29,2017, I bought a Leagoo M8 Pro on the Gearbest site. The shipping promise was between the 1st and 13th of April. I think that due to the day of the lie to date they have not sent my cell phone. The answering service only gives automatic answers, offering me the money back or having me wait. Now they want me to wait another 7 business days so they can maybe know which day to send. The company is heavily stuck, DX shipped similar products within 24 hours, but Gearbest can not meet deadlines of 10 business days.
Searching on the Brazilian website "reclameaqui.com.br" I have seen a complaint (complaint reclameaqui of *******) from a customer who bought THE SAME PRODUCT THAT MY TWO DAYS AFTER MY ORDER and has already had their order SENT, while my product does not even It was processed! Since you do not want to send my product, I have decided to open a complaint on the same site (reclameaqui complaint of *******). If they do not respond and send my cell phone in 24 hours, I will share this complaint on all international websites, social networks and youtube videos that mention Gearbest or Leagoo M8 Pro! I want my cell phone!

I purchase a product from gearbest.com and the product was defective on arrival. I asked for a exchange and after exchanging multiple messages, which took about 3 weeks, they wanted a video and pictures of the issue. After I sent them the video and pictures, they never responded to me again. I have sent multiple messages after that and still no response after over a month since then. I had opened a dispute with paypal since that was my method of payment. Paypal decided that I need to ship the item back for a refund but the return address is in China. Item was originally shipped to me from California so it was pretty BS for me to ship item to China. Now tracking on USPS shows it's in transit without any further updates, paypal has denied me a refund saying tracking doesn't show delivered. Now I'm out the money I paid, the product, and cost of shipping it to China.

I have been using tech. Websites for years.it started with buying ecig mods for the best price. I learned of gearbest sometime after using lots of other overseas tech sites. I tried gearbest. I am b eing 100% honest when i say gearbest beats them all in every aspect. I have had every item come to me undamaged, excatly as described and a price that is unbeatable. I could write 10 paragraphs about some of the other websites and all the things that happen to me. For example. I ordered things that would get lost in the mail and my money wasnt returned for 6months, they also produced a fictious document that showed i had recieved my goods. I had the real document that they couldnt despiute. I have never had this problem or any other problems with gearbest. Its just quaility, excellent service and unbeatable prices. If your still unsure dont be you will love the merchandise and the money you will save! Enjoy my favorite web store!

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
