I had been looking lamp for too long before I found the best decision. So Xiaomi LED lamp is very nice built. The whole frame is made from aluminum. It has app for your smartphone. It can change the brightness and the color of the light. So I recommend everyone to buy this lamp from GearBest because they delivered it to my house. The parcel came to me in 2 weeks. I am really satisfied with GearBest and their service! I have been purchasing technics from them for 2 years and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Good prices, they were way cheaper than others yet their products are original and way better than what you would find in stores. The customer service was very helpful, if you had any problem they won't hesitate to assist you.

So I was contacted by Gearbest.com and they did credit me back the money I spent on the defective vehicle finally. I won't give more than 3 stars as it shouldn't have to take bashing a company's customer service department in order to receive resolution for a defective claim. Happy I got my money back but I am hesitant to order from them again in case I have another issue.

My second experience of shopping on the GB)
I'm used to buy some little things in the web. My first attemp of using the GB was succesful so I've tried to find the an extra cable (3.5 jack) here. I was really surprised to find it and the price was really great. So shopping was finished rapidly and by the way for the 30% of price I've used the GB points. Oh what a great thing))
The delievery took about 3-4 weeks that is really great for Russia (standart time is 5-9 weeks).
As for the item. The quality was surprisingly great... there were nothing that could tell you about such a low price. And the practice shows that this cable is much more reliably than my last one because I'm using it about 7 months and it's looks and works like from the box))

Gearbest has quickly become my favourite shop for stuff ranging from car stereos to (much) vape gear or small electronics. Especially the flash sales are hard to resist, and though I know some stuff can be bought even cheaper elsewhere, I gladly pay a few dollars more knowing GB provides authentic stuff and decent customer support. My solar power bank arrived defective, opened a ticket for it and the next day my purchase was reimbursed and got some extra points for the trouble. Happy camper!
