I ordered a battery charger (90 eur) from them. Arrived, but LCD screen broken. I contact them immediately and return it as they instruct, using the method they chose (the cheapest) and pay 33 eur more. I wait for a month as they instruct. They say did not receive and that I have to wait another month. After the second month, they say it still didn't arrive. They propose they refund 20% of the item cost.

After posting this and another review, GearBest was quick to up the ante and refunded the total cost of the device, but refused to refund the return postage. But then, after I provided them the receipt (by DropBox, because their system had trouble handling attachments) of the postage, they suddenly found the shipment. Even though the shipment nor receipt did not have tracking codes. Well, Paypal still took $2.24 fee for the postage refund payment, but I guess it's not worth fighting over for.
So, in the end it took about four months, quite some effort and $2.24 to have no charger. Could be worse, so I'll give two stars instead of the initial one.

An excellent service I got some electronic things before, and now I`m sometimes getting vaping gear there. Always genuine and high quality products.
I've made a number of purchases from Gearbest over the past few months, with some orders over $100 USD. They have impressed me with both their order processing speed as well as the Priority Line shipping option speed (they use International Bridge). All of my orders were received intact and in under 2 weeks from order date.
Something I found really nice was that they attach a picture if your parcel package on the scale in their office just before they ship it. A personal touch that I've never seen from any online sellers.

All the orders made, always arrived in time even by choosing the uninsured free shipping and at most I waited 3 weeks. Ordered items always match the description on the site. Only once I get a defective product and after contacting the assistance, providing the proofs due, I was redeemed. Several times I contacted gearbest to ask for information and the responses have always been timely and very kind. I have made a lot of orders from this site (the last one on 18 May 2017 Order number: W**************). All the stuff was original and of good manufacturing quality. The shipment to my country never goes beyond 15 days, so super quick. Always paid with Pay Pal with no kinds of problem. Customer service always contacts you for asking if the whole selling experience was good (very kind and unexpected thing!).
No one forced me to write this experience report. I surely recommend this site to all my friends!

The shopping method is comfortable and safe. Maybe the lowest prices on the web and also you can reach a lowest price using coupons and gb points! There are a lot of kind of shipping, but I'm think the best method for Italian users is the "Priority Line (Italy Express)" with this shipping you will receive your items in 10 days only without customs :D. You can pay with PayPal (the safest way for online shopping), but you won't be needing it, because GearBest after sales customers service is excellent. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
