Have been purchasing from Gear best since a Year, by far i have no issues with their products, genuine best in class products, with best customer support.

I made more than 30 orders in the store. Always the goods were of excellent quality and delivery on time. On most goods, prices are lower than those of competitors. One of my orders is a Xiaomi Smart LED Desk Lamp, very bright with a color temperature adjustment and with control from a smartphone.

I personally feel to speak positively of Gearbest, because in three orders I made ( WP**************, WP************** and WB**************), I did not have any problem. Support from the site was very quick and functional and tracking of the products was found to be practically active after a very short time.
Gearbest also always sends a photo of the parcel when it is ready to be shipped, generally at most the day after the order.

Only in one case I chose a non-trackable shipping type, specifically for a waterproof bag for the smartphone.
In spite of this, the product arrived in less than a month, a very short time if we consider how much time is normally needed because products come from China (I live in Italy)

The other 2 products I ordered are two Xiaomi brand products, specifically the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and the Xiaomi Hybrid Pro HD earphones.
Gearbest is one of the best Xiaomi brand retailers on the market, and I can confirm the genuineness of the products I've received, always matching the site's description and reflecting very high quality standards.

In addition to this, the main reason why I buy from Gearbest is the low cost of the products, which compared to other stores. Most closely matches the actual prices of the products themselves on the market. Gearbest then offers a lot of interesting discounts on merchandise sold on its website daily. I've ordered several items from this website and all of them arrived within the timeframe of the ETA, were as described on the website and of good quality. Costumer service is good and caring and since paypal is available as payment method, payment is reliable.

First I saw a video from a guy reviewing some wireless earphones, this guy gave a link to the item in GearBest, so I decided to go there and try to buy them, the whole thing was quite fast, I made my account, I made the purchase of the earphones, I provided my address and finally I paid via PayPal. Past three weeks or so I got my package safe and sound... actually sounding pretty good for BT in-earphones. Then I bought an iPhone thin case and some pieces, the process was pretty friendly and I received the items.
I really recommend GearBest, so I consider as a good advice to read and watch reviews of the items you want, write correctly your address and double check, and pay via PayPal to get quite a backup, and if you consider the item very important, you could pay the package insurance fee. The customer service is very friendly and polite, they are a good team!
