My experience with the Gearbest is very good, the prices are great, the delivery has no costs, the products have quality, the customer service is also good.
Bad service! I order 3D printer, but the mainboard no working, I just ask them to ship to me the new mainboard, they had said they will ship to me, but I wait almost 20 days, they still ask me wait. I really don't know they will give me or no!

Come da titolo è un ottimo negozio, molto affidabile e con molto vantaggi, quali la possibilità di buoni sconto tramite punti, e per chi vive in italia un metodo di spedizione veloce senza costi di dogana per oggetti con valore maggiore di 22 euro (costo circa 4-5 euro anche inferiore dipende dal prodotto), spedizione gratuita con tempi di attesa tra 15/30gg ma molto efficace. Prodotti con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo a prezzi davvero molto vantaggiosi. Assistenza clienti in inglese molto cortese e veloce.
I had ordered the OnePlus 3T at 390 as this was a much better price than the cheapest alternative (460 at the time). It arrived slightly late with the box clearly badly handled but intact (thank god it was hard cardboard). I had read online that GearBest deals with customs cost so that no additional payments have to be made. Turns out it's not true, I ended up having to pay another 90 cash to the courier. At that price I could've ordered from any shop in my own country and get it quicker, cheaper and hassle-free. A plus for their customer service, who were always quick to respond and did eventually offer a partial compensation. I do recommend checking import tax in your country and adding that to the price before ordering though - for anything more expensive than 20 you will often end up around the same price as other online vendors.

GearBest - an honest shop. It is often buy various goods. Always sent quickly and there is a choice of delivery service, you can save the accumulated points. Item well pack and put notification. Technical support at the store prompt and courteous. I think that not just will it fly.

Delivery times are faster than other stores and especially when I order from EU warehouse.
One of my best purchases, was of two Excelvan action cams and a mini cell phone, which arrived in 11 days from order registration and 9 days actual shipping.
Action cams exceeded my expectations, as they were 4k and wifi enabled, came with a load of accessories and each with its own charger, which you dont see often, especially in low price cams.
Customer service was great and responded fast to my questions concerning estimated delivery.

I purchased a new action cam and received a used one. It took over a month of back and forth communication after I returned it to receive a refund. They repeatedly ignored my request to refund back to PayPal and tried to give me store credit instead (which they sent to the wrong account).

All the purchases I made at Gearbest were very enjoyable. Their site is good and customer service is done with great professionalism. And sending the products is very fast.
Ordered an item in January 2017 and they took my payment. Heard nothing for months. Finally they tell me they have refunded me. After waiting for payment to be refunded nothing!
Turns out they DON'T refund you but put YOUR money into their OWN GB WALLET account!
So basically they take a payment for an online order that they never intend to fulfil which is against all Long Distance Selling Laws here in the UK.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
