The website states free shipping so I ordered something. 10 days later I get an e-mail stating they cannot do free shipping I have to pay more money to have it shipped. So now if I want what I ordered I have to pay DHL price and customs. I just want what I ordered at the terms that is advertised. Very sad that this company has chosen to do a bait and switch on consumers.
Gear best it's more $#*! company. You did not waste money on that unimaginable Chinese. And the site manager is a poor, tells me I did not pay insurance. I hope to disappear as soon as possible. I can not give less than one star, they deserve minus infinite.

I totally paid for the order and It was supposed to be a birthday gift for My kid so had to get it on time, but after one week, They avoided to ship the item without letting me know or sending me any messages. I contacted customer service and asked for the reason for delay and They said I have to pay for the tax and they didn't even know how much it's gonna cost me and It's not even specified in what date I could get My order!
They just gave me a choice to cancel the order and get the refund without paying for the foreign transaction fee which I paid and was around $3!
After passing two weeks, I'm still waiting for My money!

I started to give them only 4 stars because 2 of my orders lacked tracking data. But then I recalled that when they were out of a hot item (X251) for over a month, I had to repeatedly beg them NOT to refund my money. They even offered to give me 2 times the dollar amount in store credit!
Other discount stores may have slightly better prices; but they give you headaches or they try to keep your money. GearBest IsBest.

Long doubted this store (usually took on Ali). I made a couple of not expensive purchases, everything came trouble. Then went on increasing - made more expensive. All orders came so quickly. Especially blogging that the store always goes to meet the buyer if the product does not meet the requirements or was stolen, my money has always returned to me without any disputes.
The only negative for me is the bad packaging of the goods, everything goes cleanly in the original packaging without additional protection.
While I'm buying in this store because the price remains the most attractive among others from China.
