This is an objetive experience I want to share with other people. I have bought several items in this chinese store and at the moment I'm very satisfied. I have bought RC toys, a vacuum cleaner, lights, a SSD hard drive,... without any problem. I also bought a Chuwi tablet pc and it didn't work. I got in touch with Gearbest Customer Service and they told me to return the tablet to China (this is the cons, you have to return the item to china and it takes about 200 days and you have to pay the shipping costs). Once they have received it I had my full refund.
You can pay with Paypal and other metods and they have free shipping in most items. The shipment takes about 15 days to arrive in Spain. An order never arrived and geabest refunded the money

Ésta es una opinión objetiva sobre mi experiencia comprando en Gearbest y la quiero compartir con otra gente. He comprado varios artículos en esta tienda china y por el momento estoy muy satisfecho. He comprado juguetes de radio control, un robot aspirador, linternas y lámparas, un disco duro SSD,... sin ningún problema. También compré una tablet PC Chuwi y no funcionó. Me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Gearbest y me dijeron que devolviera la tableta a China (ese es el inconveniente, tienes que devolver el producto a China, lo que supone unos 20 días, y pagar el coste del envío). En cuanto la recibieron me devolvieron el dinero.
Se puede pagar con Paypal y con otros métodos y tienen envío gratuito en la mayoría de los artículos. El envío tarda unos 15 días en llegar a España (puede ser algo menos pero también retrasarse más). Un pedido no me llegó nunca, reclamé y Gearbest me devolvió el dinero.

These guys are terrible. Don't waste your time. They do a bait and switch offering a deal that they can't actually sell and then fabricate a line that the factory can't fill the order and they are extremely sorry. However, they then give you a credit on your account which can be used to conveniently buy the same thing you originally ordered for twice the price. During this process they also requested payment verification through a photocopy of your drivers license and credit card. I also found they have an "F" rating with the BBB. Terrible... just terrible.
