I have been a Gearbest client for a couple of years and never had a problem that Costumer Service hasn´t been there to assist me. Lately, I bought Pico Squeeze on a flash sale for $16.26, which is a fantastic price. The package arrived here in Portugal after 3 weeks (normal free shipping) and everything was ok with my order.

I have done a lot of orders from this store (action cameras, gadgets, lambs, toys etc.). In every order, they dispatched it fast. Everything was like in the description. One time i had problem with one thing and they refounded me immediately. So this store in my opinion worths
I placed this order not knowing what to expect due to the cost of the product on the site coming in at £16 UK. The package was received in excellent condition despite shipping from the china warehouse in secure packaging. The microphone was surprisingly well made with high-quality materials and connecting leads. Sound quality is superb for such a cheap item and delivered well within the stated delivery time of 4 weeks. Payment was simple and secure.

I didn't expect the lanterns that I bought in gearbest.com would be so bright. All 5 lanterns work great. They can be connected to computer and power bank. I really liked this product.

First of all how many of you here u got a tracking number for your order that worked?
I'm an experienced buyer from overseas sellers. Around 100 so far transactions with ebay and independent sellers.
Never but never experienced something similar like www.gearbest.com.
At 5 and 6 of May i ordered 2 mobile phones. For the first phone i chosen DHL shipping method which it cost me 7.93 euros. After the order a mail from Gearbest informed me that with DHL i had to pay for customs fees also and if i did not wanted to pay extra i could choose Singpost Registered method with no extra fees for my country (Greece). Of course i chosen Singpost registered and i asked them to refund me the shipping fees i paid for DHL shipping.
They answered that the refund will be credited after the item being shipped.
For the second order i've choose directly Singpost Registered shipping.
Items took almost a week to be shipped.
Tracking numbers ARE NOT working.
When i tried to print the online invoices of the items i realized that the tracking number supposed to be from Singpost Service was ACTUALLY the INVOICES serial numbers of the items i ordered!
And of course i still waiting for the refund. When i asked them about NOT WORKING tracking numbers i had the excuse that system takes some days to update the scanning process which -if u have received already traceable items from abroad- you know that it is not true.
Now i cross my fingers and wish everything will be ok. To tell the truth i dont believe that they shipped my items. But i have hope:/
Of course i will change my review if things goes as they should be, but so far they haven't earn my trust.
Update: I just checked with Singpost shipping why the Gearbest provided traking numbers dont give any result.:
"SingPost is committed to deliver your item on time and we have high performance targets to meet this service level
We would like to inform you that as per our tracking system we are unable to track the article.
Once your registered is arrived in Singapore and get scanned, only after that we can help you with the status of your article or you may track the status of the article on our website www.singpost.com
Alternatively, you may advise the sender to check with their agent when the article was handover to Singpost."
What that means? Items has not been scanned by Singpost. Tracking numbers are fake. Of course! Great. I start crying for my money and the adventure i just start to experience to save what ever i can.
Great website with great diversity of products and amazing competitive prices. Shipping times are acceptable considering that is a Chinese store and I am from Portugal. Customer Support is the best that I have seen: very fast, kind, and very proactive instead of reactive. For example, I forgot to confirm the receipt of an order and they contacted me immediately to ensure that I received it and that everything was fine. 5 out of 5!
I am costumer of GearBest.com for few years already without any problems. Just recently, I have ordered TV Box trough GearBest.com shipment arrived as described. However item stopped functioning after two months. After submitting ticket to GearBest.com and few explanations, GearBest.com refunded me 100%.
