I live in Spain, and i usually buy products from China. I bought in the past using differents webs and always it failed on shipping time and customer service. A friend told me about Gearbest and i registered on it and did my first purchase... And it came to my hose very fast! I live on Spain, and the products bought in Gearbest arrive to my home in halft time compared with others China sites. Hello! My name is Gabriel Lopes and I have always wanted to import things from China, since I live in Brazil and everything here is expensive and of poor quality. This was my first order with GearBest. I wanted to see how the whole thing works. It turned out to be a perfect match. I received my watch MEGIR 2002 Male Quartz Watch within the scheduled transport time. Unfortunately, it did not work. And then starts the magic of GearBest! Their staff answered my complaint immediately, within hours, advising me on what to do to be able to receive the replacement or a refund. They completed the whole process and refunded my payment in a couple of days, like 2 max! I was amazed!
