Llevo algunas compras con Gearbest y queria compartirles mi experiencia, en mi caso ha sido una tienda muy confiable, tienen un servicio preventa muy buena te brindan toda la informacion acerca de sus productos mediante su chat online, el servicio de postventa y garantía también es muy buena de todas mis compras he tenido problemas con dos productos una tv box que no me permitia conectarme a la red wifi y unos audífonos que su sonido no era muy bueno pero los dos productos se podían seguir utilizando, me comunique con gearbest y les comente mi problema pidieron que les envíe pruebas de mi caso y me ofrecieron un reembolso por algo más de la mitad del precio lo cual considero justo ya que los productos se podian seguir utilizando normalmente, respecto a los envíos su tiempos de envío son muy buenos, en el caso de expedited shipping me ha demorado 5 dias y por Unregistered Air Mail llego a mi país en 15 días pero gracias al servicio de correos de mi pais la demora fue bastante más larga, para terminar con mi review para mi esta es una tienda muy confiable y una de las mejores opciones para realizar compras desde China.

Gearbest stole over 400 from me.
I received 2 faulty items from their "EU" store (It is not EU, but in fact, China). I was told that i must send the item back to China at my own expense. I was seriously peed off, but i did it. It cost me 50 to post with tracking.
I was able to track it up to their door where it was "refused to accept" and then the tracking disappeared. I followed it relentlessly and got in contact with everyone i possibly could. I learned that it is an old scam. Paypal would not refund me, as the item had not been delivered to Gearbest.
I got in contact with three shipping companies, and they found it and tried to deliver it again. This time the tracking number disappeared completely from the Chinese system (no doubt some crooked worker was paid to make it happen).
My item in turn disappeared altogether and i lost every fight. Eventually i learned about chargeback from the bank and i am trying that now.
I learned a lot of things from this.
They pay people to write favourable reviews.
Their customer support is the worst ever (it improves on smaller items, but still bad).
They pay forums across the internet to allow them to pedal their goods, and con more people.
There are much safer and better sites out there, that have excellent customer support.
These guys are pure fraud. If you are reading or writing a good review, chances are it is by someone that is either paid, or hasn't had to deal with Gearbest on a higher level.
Fraud company, should be banned from trading, there are thousands of posts all over the internet proving it. No smoke without fire, stay away from these frauds and use a more reliable alternative.
I have been buying online for over 15 years, and i was still stung by them.

I have bought many products from gearbest and all come in safe packaging and directly in Greece.
Collection of points from my orders gives me the prospect of making other orders at low prices.

Покупаю тут разную электронику. Все товары оригинальные и соответствует заявленному описанию, либо прямо указано, что продается копия. Какую модификацию заказал, такая и приедет. Большой выбор фонарей, которые у нас в стране вообще не продают ни за какую цену. Обычные цены не самые низкие, но часто проходят распродажи, на которые можно подписаться. Недавно на одной из них купил себе налобный фонарь Skilhunt H03 по цене почти в два раза ниже конкурентов. Любителям хайтек аксессуаров и игрушек рекомендую.

Decided to buy some knick-knackeries. For example, mirror, glasses. But a bit other knick-knackeries(all evidently on a photo). On February, 13 paid an order by means of PayPal, and already in two weeks got a parcel in Ukraine. All was unit uncrippled and very quickly. Therefore can recommend this shop all. It's a confidence web-store, normally the delivery is in a razonable time, I like the variety of the products, the quality, and for sure the low cost of the items. For me it's a positive point to have the possibility to see the photos and videos of the reviews of the previous clients.

It's been about 2 years that Gearbest is my favorite store.
I have made several purchases over the last few years and everything arrived without problem, everything arrived in good condition and on time.
I am from Portugal and orders always arrive within 3 weeks, without delays.
The customer support is also very good, always respond and take any doubts.
The last time, I ordered a ******* Li-ion Batterys battery pack, on 10/03/2017 with the number W************** and received everything on time and in perfect condition.

He hecho varias compras en Gearbest.com y la verdad es que todo genial. Al no cobrar gastos de envíos para la inmensa mayoría de sus productos es verdad que tardan un poco en llegar, pero la espera merece la pena. De todos los productos que he comprado todos han cumplido con mis expectativas. Además, gracias a su sistema de puntos, beneficia al consumidor al recibir puntos por las compras, los cuales puede canjear en compras futuras.
